I had my industrial piercing done here. After experiencing problems, I went to another piercer to have it checked out. They told me it was done completely incorrectly— the jewelry was too small, and the wrong part of my ear was pierced. It had to be removed, and now I’m stuck with a keloid. The piercer also made me extremely uncomfortable during the process. I do not recommend going here.

Got my second and third tattoos here from the artist JT; he’s from my hometown in Michigan, though we never crossed paths as kids, and gets me.

My mom and I are in town for a week and wanted to get a small tattoo. We called Sunday talked to the owner he seemed very nice. Walked in a couple of hours before our tattoo to check “Scott” “not owner” was very rude acted like we didn’t have an appointment in a couple of hours. Showed him what we wanted “Scott” stated that they were too detailed and it would have to be the size of my leg. Unfortunately I wanted a small one. And I saw online ppl have the same tattoo and size that I want. So I didn’t feel like he was confident doing so. Also acted like we were a bother. Not very happy with first impression. Really had our hearts set on the idea of getting mom and daughter tattoos on our mom and daughter trip. Now we hate having mix feelings about it. Also looked a a couple of reviews and saw ppl had similar problems with Scott. I’m hoping he’s just having a bad day. And I unfortunately will not be going to him due to mix feelings.

Great artists and prices. Lifetime warranty means free touch ups.

Scotty P did an AMAZING job. This was my first piece ever and it was a mother/daughter piece. He kept the atmosphere light, very professional and even stayed late so he could get us both done on the same day. Very clean and I felt no anxiety being my first time. I would deffinately recommend.

Tattoo artist was extremely rude and continuously told me how much he disliked my tattoo ideas. I wanted a small tattoo and he had a 30 minute window to do it before his next appointment. He has me fill out the paper work and then he sat in the back for 20 minutes before coming out and telling me he had no time to do it anymore. So unprofessional and so rude to the point where I was ready to cancel because I didn’t want anyone with that attitude putting a tattoo on my body anyway. Such a waste of time and unpleasant experience.

I had a great experience here. They were very accommodating with my last minute appointment, took the time to sketch out what I wanted, and made the process loads of fun! They are very professional, and everything was clean and nice. We had a little trouble finding out their current address and phone number, but over all I am more than pleased with their customer service. Love my new tattoo!!

The piercer was very rude. i went to get 2 of my infected and painful piercing out. as soon as i sat down he straight up told me it was pointless for me to take it. and continued to raise his voice at me and tell me why i should not take them out. on top of it i touched my ear and he told me to stop touching it because i have not washed my hands. i informed him i had washed my hands before walking in because we were at a restaurant before. he than respond with a smart mouth comment. after he didn’t take out my painful piercing we went to ANOTHER place and they took them out without question. my piercing are now closed up and there is zero pain along with no infection. NSB Tattoo Company has very rude and unhelpful people. the shop looked ran down and dirty. i would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I have the most amazing beautiful tree of life designed and completed by JT. The depth and shading are just brilliant and I get so many compliments on this. Highly recommended

I took my daughter here for a nose piercing. The owner was extremely professional and friendly. He answered my questions when I called and he spoke to me at length about the piercing and gave us some things to consider of which I was unaware.When we came to the shop he treated us very well and was thorough in addressing our questions. He is extremely knowledgeable on the medical aspects of piercings/healing/body physiology.He put my daughter at ease by reading her personality and making appropriate small talk to help calm her as he started getting set up for the piercing.Lastly, he made sure she was okay afterwards and took his time with her (and me) to ensure she was okay to stand up after the piercing was over.We enjoyed the professionalism; it’s nice to see a place that takes pride in their work and values their customers.

Great experience for my twin daughters first tattoo. Josh worked with their ideas and they got exactly what they wanted. He even pierced my one daughters navel. Two days later Tim did my tattoo, again working off my idea and drawing freehand an incredible piece. Jimmy South the owner is great! We would definitely go back.

My sister and I walked in to this shop for a matching tattoo, and the artist was very helpful and professional. Not only did he help us customise our design, he cracked jokes the whole time and made conversation.Great experience and relaxing atmosphere

My wife and I went to new smyrna beach tattoo and you could not pay us to go back we had ours done by Scott he did a horrible job it looks like something an elementary school kid tattooed and he was extremely unprofessional and the owner JT just seemed like he couldnt be bothered and could not care less what type of work came out of his shop I would not recommend this place to someone I absolutely hated thats how horrible of a job he did

My brother and i came in as walk ins on our last day of our vacation and Jimmy stayed late and made sure we got tattooed before we left. Our tattoos turned out amazing. Jimmy is an awesome guy and does some really good work.

Went in to talk about possible first tattoo. Described what I wanted, the man there was very pushy and aggressive about setting up my appointment before hearing what I wanted. His pushy demeanor made me feel like he was definitely trying to take advantage of the fact that this would be my first tattoo. He then proceeded to tell me that time was money and not to waste his all because I asked if he could sketch what I wanted. Very poor customer service. Would not trust this place to help me get something thats going to permanently be on my body.

Best tattoo shop i’ve ever been to hands down, the environment is awesome, the people are so sweet and friendly, and also so welcoming. the people that work at this shop go above and beyond to make your visit a good one, not to mention they’re all really funny as well. Really good at what they do, and it’s the best hand work i’ve seen probably ever! My new favorite place for sure.

Wish I could give no stars... this guy was a SNOB. I was greeted with what do you want?. Then turned us away and told us our tattoos werent worth his time and said he wasnt interested. When we opened the door he told us to close it because hes not air conditioning the neighborhood. I wouldnt be paid to get a tattoo here.

As a person thats been in a tattoo shop or 2 I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences ever! Had some ideas that I wanted done while i was in NSB to remember my trip, etc. Basically just explained what I kinda had in mind and let Jimmy do his thing and just point blank trusting him from the get go and man did he deliver! He made the idea I had even more awesome and Im pleased with it to this day. If it wasnt the fact I live overseas I would be covered in tatts done by Jimmy now, which is why I cant wait to come back to NSB next year and get some more ink done by him as I know I can trust in what he does and let him do his thing to have an endresult thats super sick!

Would definitely recommend JTs tattoo shop! We visited while on vacation and JT was very welcoming. Two from our group, including myself, havent ever had a tattoo before and JT made us feel very comfortable and have a fun time. Prices were very fair especially for the level of skill and workmanship. Well for sure stop by next time were in town! Thanks for a great experience!

Went in with my mom the other day to talk with someone about getting a tattoo. Both guys that worked there were rude. You can tell they didnt want to help us. Poor customer service. On the way out one of them told us to Come back when you want a real tattoo. Went to East Side Tattoos and couldnt have been happier with my experience there.
