I understand were not under a mandatory mask mandate. With that being said why have signs on the door and in the store big enough to trip over if your managers and staff wont enforce it? If your employees dont care about the health and safety of others why pour money into your establishment?

New to the area, I had passed Wawa, only seeing a fueling station and convenience store, but sensed it was more. This morning, I had to set out without coffee or breakfast, and luckily Wawa was in route. I was very impressed at first, with the wide range of choices, and more-so as Dulce, a young lady employee, walked me through the process of making choices utilizing one of the touch-screens to create my own Egg Omelet Bowl . (Delicious !) I noticed that there is a Wawa app that you can download and create an order from your mobile device, too.

Ordered Italian sub with only mayo, sweet peppers and onions today (12/5/19). Had NO onions and a TON of lettuce (which I hate). Of course it was for a picnic lunch later in the day. Now were 65 miles away so it cant be fixed. UGH!

Always kind. Swift service and delightfully accurate when it comes to filling orders.The management team always sees to be on top of the game.Plus, the cookies that come in the kids meal are huge! My kiddos say thank you to the New Smyrna Beach WaWa team😁👋

Excellent coffee here. I come here not for gas but for coffee. Right now it’s $1 for any size coffee. The chocolate croissants are good too but a bit pricey.

Below is my review from September. I came back today, late October, nothing has changed.Go to either Publix or Firehouse Subs a block West of here, or Big Joes on Canal and do yourself a favor.SEPTEMBERI had lunch today at this Wawa. Ive been going to Wawa since 1996. Remember when they actually used to slice the meat? Not anymore.Now they are a sub shop like many other chains, with one difference. Other chains use a big sub roll. This Wawa uses what looks like an Olive Garden bread stick. And I waited in line for this.

I stopped at the Wawa on ASR 44 in New Smyrna Beach today, 7/15, to buy a hoagie for lunch and a Caesar Salad for dinner (ordered from the store computer). I ordered roast Turkey hoagie with EZTRA turkey (which I didn’t get), and on the Caesar salad I also ordered extra chicken and dressing on the side (NEITHER of which were done!). I have usually had very good experiences gmat this particular Wawa, which is why I went there today. I am very upset that they couldn’t follow SUMPLE instructions!

Charged me for coffee however I specifically gave them the reward to scan. Also we received incorrect item in the order. Food is fine, coffee is fine as usual. Giant smoothie full of ice but tasty

Second time I have been there for snacks this time I walked it took me 43 minutes. Got some Cookies ( Happy National Cookie Day ) and some Tea. Bit of a line for the Sandwiches but it was lunchtime.

Clean, friendly staff, subs a great! Do not order the quesadilla!! Messy flour tortilla that was thrown together. Live and learn. Other than that, great place.

This Wawa has large signs posted on every door,MASK REQUIRED before entry!!! I think me n my grandkids were only people wearing a mask out of 30 customers. 3 US Coast Guard members were served without mask..The store manager was standing right there running his mouth to a vendor with no mask.Maybe when he loses a family member to this virus,he will take it seriously. I will not be spending my money there again!!!!

The wawa store itself is absolutely wonderful. The staff is always kind and hard working. They never have anything out of stock.But the customer base of this wawa is sickening! There is a ton of lifted trucks always loitering in the back lot. There is always a line for the free air, which honestly wouldnt be bad if it werent for the fact that everyone will cut you off to get in first.If youre a decent human being I would not suggest going here because the average customer there will just piss you off and make you regret going to that gas station.

Came to New Smyrna for the weekend, stopped by this Wawa location for some late night grub and was absolutely taken back by the lack of customer service that was given at this location. They did absolutely nothing to make the experience any better. Don’t bother go to a different gas station.

For two days in a row, I have placed an order to be delivered by Uber Eats. Both orders were cancelled by Wawa on the scheduled delivery day with no reason or explanation given. Very poor service. Actually, no service.

They have really good smoothies. I would recommend the mint cream smoothie with chocolate chips at the bottom. Very good! You have to make it a special order and tell them to add the chocolate chips.

I dont like the lack of security when it rains because there is no place to protect yourself and you cannot eat there. There is also a problem with the destitute people who are near the place, it is something that does not look good at all.

I want to give them 5 stars but they just are not there yet. The people are super friendly! The food is great, way above gas station food and you cannot beat the prices. They just need to have more staff to move the lines faster. You work that glitch out and youll get 5 stars.

Im hoping to move to NSB from PA. Thrilled there will be a Wawa because they would be a tough thing to leave behind. We ordered 2 meatball subs. One was stolen by another customer while we paid. The cook gave us a 2nd sub and it was cold, and the vegetables were not chopped as we requested. I even asked if she remembered and she looked me in the eyes and assured me she did. She completely lied to my face. .Also the cook wasnt wearing a mask even though their is an airborne pandemic, and was completely rude to my wife. You would think food workers would be wearing masks, but thats out of our control, so we will have to get food elsewhere. The entire experience was horrible. What really caused the bad review and bad experience was the nasty attitude of the cook. The cold meatball sub, which obviously should have been hot, could have been reheated but we couldnt bare another interaction with that cook. Same with the chopped vegetables. I personally would have gone back nicely for a final conversation and had the food fixed but my wifes anxiety was too bad and she couldnt handle the stress of something going wrong and us having an argument. So when you add it all up, a single persons bad attitude, ruined my dinner, changed my outlook on WaWa as a company. Then my wife ordered a coffee to go, which unbenounced to us is apparantly a giant box of brewed coffee and not really a coffee to go...Wawa can do better than this.

Great place to go. They certainly think of everything. Coffee is the BEST, all the food is delicious. However, I wont sit outside to eat because of the homeless people begging, and the smell of them. I sit in my car to eat.

Everyone is friendly and the food they make is great. Something different in the area that is open 24 hours. The reason for the 4 star is that some people are better at making your food than others. Everyone runs into this at any eatery though. There are some that like their jobs and some that dont.

Not much if you are an organic individual. Friendly staff, quick lines, clean facility. Busy, gas station. Tons of junk food and beverages. A cute little order station for coffee drinks and sandwiches. They have hazelnut coffee for all you coffee fans, with lots of choices for additions to your coffee. Fresh coffee too.

Twice this month I stopped to fill up, but the pumps are so slow I left after $10 worth.?

I used to go to Wawa all of the time when I lived in Maryland. When I moved to Florida, I was sad to find out they didnt have Wawa stores here. Well, now they are starting to pop up all over Central Florida and I could not be happier.All the food that I have had there is amazing, and the stores are always kept nice and clean. This one, Im sure, will be no different. Much better than you can say for most other gas station/convenience store combinations.

They are way better than your average convenience store, great sandwiches, and subs.. I ❤️ the Chicken Philly in the morning with egg whites, extra cheese, and bacon. Simply delicious! The employees are friendly and the place is very clean, I definitely recommend trying them.

They need more help during the lunch hours. It gets a little crowded and they can’t keep up with the orders. Otherwise it’s a great place.

No truck stops around so I dropped my trailer and drove over to the Wawa and bought me some diesel. The guy behind the counter was Marcus. Marcus was a great help and a really, really nice guy.

I ordered a bowl and once I got back to my office nearby I noticed an ingredient was missing. So I went back to the store and brought the issue to the attention of the food staff. The food service manager, Devin, was apologetic and immediately replaced my bowl, happily. I was a little annoyed with the omission at first but Devins attitude in replacing my entire bowl (not just adding the missing ingredient) was above and beyond. I was very pleased with his attitude and the service I received so Im rating it 5 stars based on that.

They make a killer sandwich. The facility is clean and the people are nice. However, there is no public wifi, they dont sell Zyn and the restrooms could use some tidying up.

In and out for gas always competitive on price. Friendly staff well stocked with quick needs and stuff you buy anyway food is good fast and inexpensive great smoothies and healthy if you can stay away from the tempting add ons.

Went into the store in New smyrna bch to purchase a breakfast sandwich which was $3.93 gave the cashier a $5 bill she gave me 7 cents in change when I questioned her she told me No you gave me 4 $1 bills she was nasty disrespectful and I didnt appreciate the attitude. I was so impressed with the excellent service. We were hit by hurricane Irma alot of places were closed. We were looking for gas and something good to eat. The store was packed with people ordering food. I didnt wait long at all. Even though they were packed from one of the store to the other every employee was polite and the service was quick. I have never been disappointed when i go to Wawa. This is why i love your store. The team that worked tonight did an excellent job!!!

Giving WaWa 5 stars to raise their (this) rt 44 NSB s overall Rateing above the present 4.5 but their WiFi iNet is weak, South side=Poor, North is only Good. TBC only 1 commode but clean, iNet cuts out when I tried to register for the Rewards app, gas is not cheapest but pennies less than 90% of others.ice and some goods are 20% less $$ then Seven11 !

Today I was at Wawa on 44 in newNsmyrna beach it was the second day but within a 24-hour period time that I had been there and there was a huge line and only one register open . When it came to be my turn in line I remarked to John who by his name tag label is the assistant manager. I told him that this was the second time in 24 hours that I had been there with a huge line and only one register open. He told me that Wawa is the tightest ship he had ever worked for and that if I had an issue I should take it up with the general manager. So John exactly what is your job as assistant manager. Apparently it is being rude and cocky to your customers have a great day!

I love wawa from the North, but this is the slowest Wawa I’ve ever been to and have noticed multiple orders get messed up. Not wawas fault, needs more efficient employees big time.

Unlike other gas stations that have a convenience store, Wawa is a convenience store that also happens to have gas pumps. Think of it as 2 fully independent parts that merged together. While the selection of pakaged and bottled food items is numerous, and it offers more content than other convenience stores, dont expect it to be a miniaturized grocery store.What really makes Wawa special is their own designated sections to make deli-like foods and a specialty hot and cold drinks. The food and drinks they offer are of a higher quality than other competitors. The hoagies, quesadillas, and other sandwiches are served nice and warm and go well with a side or their many types of soups.As for their countless selection of specialty drinks... if you name it, they probably have it. The Smoothies here are the main attraction, with many different varieties of fruit and flavored cream ones to choose from. Their milkshakes have a rich creamy texture definitive of a real milkshake. Their Flurricanes arent soft serve ice cream at all. They are so thick that straws simply wont do. They also have their own coffee dispensers that work well for people in a hurry. Not to mention hot Lattes, Macchiatos, and other choices if you dont mind the wait. This is also probably the only place within 10 miles that serves hot, cold, and frozen CHAI TEA. Give it a try maybe. These specialty drinks really do earn the name of refreshments.The pricing for gas here tends to be slightly below the average prices from other competitors. The standard products they offer are somewhat cheap as well. The deli and specialty drinks start to hit moderate territory. Expect $2-4 dollars for a 32oz premium specialty drink. In some exceptions, take the 4$ 18oz Flurricane for example, its probably a better choice to get a Blizzard at Dairy Queen to get more for your dollar. Whether or not the quality is worth the money is up to you.Great customer service. The employees do look content working here. Theyll give you great advice on what hot and cold foods to choose from. An employee in service named Lisa was exceptional. Had no problems here.The interior I can describe as wide and spacious, but also nice and cozy. It manages to divide the sections up while also flowing seamlessly into each other. Restrooms are nice and clean. The outdoor seating area has a simple charm to it and is a nice bonus. Just looks great all around.Treat this as a premium convenience store that also has gas pumps. There really isnt any other place quite like this in NSB. Its a welcome addition.

Been a Wawa customer for over 30 years(little egg store). Still my favorite. For some reason the stores in Florida dont put enough oil and vinegar on their hoagies.
