Sandy Phelps was the one working when I had my appointment for finger printing. She was so welcoming and patient with me as I got all the details together for my appointment. In the meantime she helped other customers quickly and efficiently. She showed how hardworking, knowledgeable and kind she was all in the short time I was there. Thank you Sandy for your help, your time, and your generosity. I will be choosing to come back here to this store for any shipping or fingerprinting again. Thank you for being amazing! 😊

I run a property management firm and have to go here about once a month to ship something back to a vacationer that they left behind.. sunglasses, hair dryer, clothing, etc. All shapes/sizes going to different destinations, I never know what shipping method is best or what box/envelope to use. Just moved into town and have had to use this place twice already. I have zero complaints! The two ladies Ive worked with so far provided great service plus have wonderful attitudes/personalities so its a good time and chat while waiting. Super quick for dropping off packages and pretty low cost for the little things I needed.

Every year we ship our snowbird trunks to this place to hold for pickup and then ship them out when we head home. Our trunks always make it to and from safely and timely. The staff are helpful, pleasant & get the job done.

Fantastic service! On vacation trying to study for an exam and within minutes I was able to reprint all my study materials! Life savers and so very helpful and friendly!

I call and ask about restrictions on size and weight... the woman said I don’t know what it is, how big is your package?She then tells me it will require freight shipping however ground delivered it to me.I call “New Smyrna Print Pak & Ship“ and they answered all questions and mentioned my package will not require freight - They will have my business moving forward due to being educated, reliable, and providing great service. Thank you New Smyrna Print Pak & Ship for filling the void this establishment failed me on.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from Sandy Phelps, the manger. I waited in line and when it was my turn to check in, the manager heard me and yelled to her coworker “She’s the 10:10 appointment. She needs to wait and you need to grab the others in line.” It was 10:00 am!!! So I waited patiently and when turned 10:10 I walked up and I handed the lady my Drivers license for my first form and my birth certificate and marriage certificate for my second form, which clearly states that’s acceptable in the emailed instructions I received. She walked back up to her coworker and said it was not a second form of ID and made me walk back out to my car and grab my debit card. When I came back in I said “Just to let you know, your website states a marriage certificate is a second form of ID.” She then smirked at me and said that’s only for men, because their name doesn’t change. That’s a joke! I am very disappointed at her customer service, especially because she was the manger.

They are so nice and helpful. Makes shipping a breeze!! They have flat rate boxes, so skip the rude people at the NSB (Mission Rd) Post Office & chaos of waiting in line. Do yourself a favor and use Safe Ship your destination for all things shipping related :)

Don’t waste your time. Couldn’t create a shipment for UPS and couldn’t give me a drop-off receipt for a FEDEX shipment.

Terrible experience. Computers were down 5 min before closing and I was denied service. Please put correct hours on the door. Nevermind, the rude demeanor of the employee that argued with me when I reminded her that I spoke with her earlier regarding services that I needed. She asked me to show her my phone to prove that I called into this establishment! She argued with me that I never spoke with her and that she had been there all day. Once I showed her my phone records, she stated that she must have arrived 5 min after that time. Utterly ridiculous way to run a business. This is what gives small business owners a bad reputation.

Staff was rude. Didnt even apologize for sending us away. Manager at Feildprint had to call us and ask us to go back to get fingerprints done ! Will never visit this establishment again!

Went there to get finger printed so my mother in law can adopt my husbands sisters kids. They didnt even have the machine to do it.

Incompetent. Take the time to drive to the Daytona Beach FedEx or UPS facility.
