This Dollar Tree store on rt 44 in New Symrna Beach Florida. Is the worst. They have not stock their Cologne in a year. They never have what we come there for ever. If we need batteries they will be out of them. Its not the same as the other dollar tree stores in port orange or other towns Ive visited. I dont dislike the workers I just feel that this store is always understaffed. The employees are nice but I believe that I shouldnt have to go to port orange for cologne or for batteries. I believe that this store should be stocked up with the same items that the other day stores are stocked up with. Please fix this problem.I would appreciate not having to go so far fory items.

This is a fairly large Dollar Tree store. It is very clean and well stocked. It is very well organized. they had this adorable summer kitchenware set. It had matching glasses, pot holders and etc. The display was very pretty. They also had summer hats for $1 that sell else where is for fifteen times that. At that price if it gets ruined or you lose it who cares buy three or four of them. The staff here are very friendly, professional and helpful. I like the way they set up the checkout. It is so much more efficient when it’s done this way. Check out was quick.

This was by far the worst ran store I have ever gone into! The employee that was working behind the counter had his shirt on inside out and looked just filthy! He complained about having to remove the key that got stuck in the bathroom door and I asked him a question and he got an ugly attitude and cussed me out walked passed me like he was going to get aggressive. Meanwhile the other employee calls for a manager and and stated “I’m not HERE” they all treated it like a joke! It was filthy and dirty what a shame the lack of respect their is in the work place.

Good place to get quick items at reasonable prices.

I would give zero star but I cant.What a bunch of rude people. They have apparently no rest rooms both are out of order. Which is lie. Just say it because of covid19.Not cool not to let a little kid use your rest room.

Every time I go here Im surprised at something I would never expect to be one dollar. I have finally learned to stop asking is this really $1? LOL.

I went there last Sunday. The store was fine with a great assortment of items however when there is a big sign on the door that masks are mandatory I expect at least for the employees to comply. Instead one of the cashiers, a middle age woman with short red hair felt she didnt need to comply instead wearing hers around her chin. I will happily wear a mask but I expect your employees to do the same.

Terrible experience in store today. Went in the shelves were empty. I needed laundry detergent and its in the back left corner of the store. When I got there the only few bottles were on the top shelf. I walk back to the front right corner of the store and asked the male employee if he could get me a purple bottle of laundry detergent that was on the top shelf on the left wall in the back corner of the store. He said I had to go and show him where it was. Maybe if they stocked shelves he would know where it is. So I again walked to the back of the store and again told him where it was and what it was. Instead of looking at the wall on his left side he reached up on the back wall straight in front of him and took down a bottle of who knows what. When I again repeated purple bottle on the wall to your left he reached up and took down the bottle directly next to the bottle he just took down. Very frustrated I nicely said on the wall to your left. Laundry detergent. Purple bottle. When he finally took down the correct bottle I said thank you he looked at me and said No sh-t.

Elves are happily busy stocking their shelves, keeping their distance, and protecting themselves. Joyous visit tonight.

ALWAYS HAVE BOXES EVERY WHERE TO STOCK, SHELVES EMPTY, LONG LINES. SO UNORGANIZED A MESS..CASHIERS NEED TO WEAR MASS..ALWAYS HOT NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF THE YEAR..I WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN..VERY UNSATISFIED USED TO BE CUSTOMER..

I am not sure if they need to hire personnel but the store was totally in disarray. A lot of products were randomly thrown around the store. Three or four people were at the register and no one was there. The man in front of me had to yell anyone working here really loud. Lets blame it on the covid-19. Or upper management doesnt want to have enough people working. Not sure what the problem was.

The place was a mess, no organization and shelves half empty. I have never been in a Dollar Tree that was this disorganized.

I have been shopping at this location for 18 years and have never been treated as rudely as I get treated each time now from the African American lady behind the counter. She never smiles and doesnt even look at me or speak. There are many people in this area who would love to have a job and be happy to be working.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dollar tree. Skinny white female cashier with short blonde hair didn’t say a word while ringing me up. She was very Unprofessional. It was written all over her face that she did not want to be there. She does not deserve to have a job especially not in the area of customer service. In addition to her not saying a word, as I was submitting my method of payment she walked off into the back room where she laughed and congregated with her fellow dollar tree co-worker (or buddy). Like you have one job, just do it. I didn’t have the opportunity to ask for a receipt because there wasn’t anyone to ask. Trashy and unacceptable.

The inside is one of the messiest dollar tree stores I’ve ever seen. It really needs revamped - especially since it’s located in a decently kept plaza. The check out system of waiting until the cashier is free, makes the line backed up into the aisle. The staff is so so. Everything is only a dollar, and this store really reflects its worth.

Lots of good stuff for a dollar each. Very good on the budget.

Sadly its the dirtiest Dollar Tree Ive ever been in.And absolutely the worst to try to get around in the store as a disabled person with a disability scooter because they have boxes & boxes of merchandise all over on the floors.I only go there because its close to home otherwise, Id never go there. 😣

I was there 2 weeks ago, and a skinny white lady was very rude and unprofessional to me. I asked her a question and she ignored me. I have been there many times and havent experience this bad of customer service. When it was time to pay she didnt say anything to me, just walked off after paying. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They should be fired for doing a horrible job, and the store is trashed.

They have everything i needed. The employee was very nice.

Got a lot of stuff we didnt find in our city, so get n stock up.

Love dollar tree

The girls working there were extremely unprofessional and not welcoming at all. I walked in and got looked at by 2 girls working there and didn’t get one “hello” or anything of the sort. There was one girl there visiting with her baby and was just there talking the whole time in was in there. Not a customer, you could tell she was a friend of theirs who was just there to hang out with them.Whatever I can move past that. There was a small group of teenage girls that were shopping there. When they left, I hear the girls working there start making fun of them, specifically how their eyebrows looked and if they were “white girls” or not. It was awkward for me. They were talking loudly too because I was at the other end of the store and could hear everything pretty clearly.Then when I was checking out, the girl bagged my things and then just left them on her side of the counter and just stood there and watched me as I had to reach over and grab each one awkwardly.Anyways, I will do anything I can to not go back there, the whole thing was a bad experience.

Was there yesterday. Completely agree with the other negative reviews about the staff at this store. They were some of the rudest people Ive ever encountered and they dont deserve jobs. After reading how disrespectfully theyve treated so many other customers, I will be contacting corporate and doing everything in my power to make sure disciplinary actions are taken.

Need to organize better

Very rude cashiers have been rude to me have been rude to my wife in front of my kids older African-American lady and older white lady short reddish hair that likes to roll her eyes. Both should be fired immediately

Incredibly rude staff. I stood at the checkout line while the 3 employees chitchatted for a few minutes behind me, never acknowledged. The employee Joyce checked my out finally without saying one single word to me. Didnt bother to tell me a total after she rang all my items up, no goodbye as I took my receipt to leave. All the employees need to be replaced. Wont be back

Dollar Tree has really upped its game lately with newer, brightly-lit stores with wide aisles and a plethora of inexpensive goods. I always like shopping for candy and sweets at Dollar Tree. They stay competitive with Dollar General, and they exceed Family Dollar as far as customer experience and value.

This store has just about everything and is usually clean.

Dollar Tree is actually a real 1$ store everything is no questions unlike Family Dollar,Dollar General those stores have small section thats a $1.Dtree has everything you need, from a spatula to candles to things for your childrens back to school supplies. Like commercial in early 2000s guy asks how much is this clerk says for you 1$Dollar big sign everything is 1$.CNt beat Dollar Tree

The store is crammed full which makes it feel close and cramped. If you look you can find name brand products. Friendliest staff of any Dollar Tree Ive ever shopped!
