I like being able to order online and get a discount on parts, but this stores employees leave much to be desired in the means of knowledge and helpfulness.

Service is great, always helpful and courteous, price is rightcheck them out next time your are looking or shopping for replacement parts

Kind of disappointed as I’ve been to this location multiple times and Dunton is the only employee here who doesn’t treat me like I’m stupid. I will be taking my business to Auto Value instead.

Just went in to have my starter tested and it was still good. I cleaned the electrical connections like they suggested and that worked. Saved me about $150. Ill buy a new starter from them when this one goes bad. Very helpful staff here.

Went in there with a sister. The guy that waited on us was rude BUT his manager was there & not only jumped on the employee for his rudeness but took over the transaction & apologized.

The employees at advance Auto in New Ulm are so friendly and helpful. If they dont have the parts you need, they do everything they can to get from another location as soon as possible.
