I had a great experience! Alexa had me pick out dresses I wanted to try, and picked one out that she wanted me to try. I ended up loving the dress she picked for me and it was the one! Everything went great!

Valerie is fantastic to work with and makes sure if she doesnt have what you are looking for she will help make it happen! My sister bought her dress here and we got our bridesmaids dresses here. I will be coming back to look for my wedding dress!

The staff at Ashlee Bridal was awesome! We had such a great time searching for my wedding dress here. I loved the selection they had and was so happy to find my dress at a very reasonable price. Overall an excellent experience! Id definitely recommend.

I had such a great experience at Ashlee Bridal! I felt like Alexa was more like a friend and cared about what I looked like than someone who was just there for a job (aka, my experience at a large chain store...). My entire bridal party looked fantastic the day of and I couldnt have picked a better place to get my bridal party attire from! All the girls between both Ashlee and Valeries Bridal are amazing!

My mother and I came to Ashlee Bridal in search of my wedding dress. I came from Chicago because I knew I would get the care and attention I needed without the large price tag. Our appointment with Alexa went swimmingly. We were allowed to browse the racks and pick out a couple dresses (which is often not allowed at larger boutiques). Alexa helped with me putting on the dresses and styling them as well. I picked out my dress with her support! Over all, the experience with my mother and Alexa was delightful. The dress even came in months before we were expecting it!I highly recommend supporting small business. As with any large purchase, ask a lot of questions, and Ashley Bridal will deliver.Five stars.

They have such a great selection and they let me take all the time I needed to make a decision. I live in the Twin Cities and after going to other bridal stores closer to home I came here. The manager was very helpful by giving me a variety of dresses to try on. I ended up buying a dress that I wouldnt have picked out on my own but LOVED it. Ashlee Bridal has a ton of dresses to choose from. I also got my veil and shoes here. Highly recommend!!!

I had nothing but a good experience at Ashlee Bridal. They have a great selection of dress in varying styles. I came for my appointment with Alexa she helped me pick a variety of options. At no point did I feel pressured into anything, or like she was trying to make a sale. After I purchased my dress I got it several months before it was expected in. They were more then accommodating if I called and wanted to stop in to try it on. I would 100% recommend it to anyone. They were all around wonderful.

I found our bridesmaid dresses and tuxes here and Alexa made the process so easy! She was super easy to work with as well. I was unable to find my wedding dress there, but when I was there they were honest and didnt try selling you the wrong dress. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went to the counter saying I was looking for a wedding dress. I did not make an appointment because it was a last minute recommendation from their sister store Valeries in Mankato. I was RUDELY told that there were two appointments ahead of me and they wanted me to make an appointment to come another day (Side note I live 2 hours away and it was only me and my mom) so this was not happening. With a rolling of eyes from both clerks they told me I could go into one of the smaller fitting rooms. At this point I didnt care where I tried them on. They said I could start browsing. So I did. I came to this store because I was told they have a large plus size selection. I was wrong. Plus size meaning over 20 they had two size 22. The girl finding dresses also did not find styles that worked for my body type.I would suggest not going to this store but I would recommend Valeries. Dont waste your time here.

I ordered my bridesmaid dresses, bridal gown and the tuxes all through Ashlee Bridal. Alexa was AMAZING to work with! She made the whole selection and ordering process so simple. Highly recommend, especially if looking for a one stop shop! Thank you, Alexa!

They helped me find the dress that fit my personality and body type perfectly! They were a great help even when I was indecisive. Overall I am so happy I went with Ashlee’s bridal and I love my dress❤️

This place doesnt deserve one star based on the horrible customer service I recently received. I was assured by Alexa, the manager of Ashlee Bridal, that I was in good hands ordering my bridesmaid dress through Ashlee Bridal for my brothers upcoming wedding. I live out of state, so I wasnt able to be measured at Ashlee Bridal by one of their bridal specialists and had to be measured elsewhere. With the body measurements I gave Alexa over the phone, she sent me a dress size that she felt would fit me with what she said would be LITTLE alterations. I fully expected that I would have to pay to have the dress altered a LITTLE to fit my body. After I received my bridesmaid dress in the mail, I was drowning in it. I sent an email to Ashlee Bridal with pictures of me in the over-sized dress and asked kindly if I could exchange the dress for a dress that fits me properly. I went out to be re-measured at a professional bridal boutique elsewhere and gave Ashlee Bridal my new body measurements. The professional bridal boutique where I was re-measured, said even with the old body measurements, I shouldve never been advised to purchase the size dress that Alexa advised me to purchase. Ashlee Bridals owner of the store, Valerie, called me and gave me the worst customer service Ive ever received in my life. She told me due to store policy of NO RE-FUNDS (which I was never informed of at the time of purchasing this dress) there was nothing she could do for me. UNACCEPTABLE! I told her I felt that I shouldve been informed of their NO RE-FUND policy. I also told her I understood that I wasnt measured at Ashlee Bridal by their bridal specialist and was measured elsewhere; be that as it may, Ashlee Bridal shouldve never accepted my body measurements from an outside bridal store and that should be in their store policy for the future to avoid this incidence again. I feel as a customer of Ashlee Bridal because they did except my body measurements from an outside bridal store, they shouldve worked with me and at least met me half way on this. I proposed two solutions over the phone to the owner, Valerie : 1.) Ashlee Bridal exchanges the current over-sized bridesmaid dress for one that would fit me properly. 2.) Ashley Bridal pays (half of the alterations cost) to have the current over-sized dress altered to fit me properly. Valerie (OWNER OF ASHLEE BRIDAL) refused both solutions to the problem, didnt offer me any other solutions to the problem, still insisted this was not Ashlee Bridals problem, told me I WAS FULLY RESPONSIBLE TO ALTER THIS OVER-SIZED DRESS ON MY OWN, wouldnt hear me out over the phone when speaking with her about this problem and continuously interrupted me. At the end of our conversation, Valerie told me she would see what she could do to resolve this issue, I never heard from her again. UNACCEPTABLE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Now, Im stuck to pay to have this over-sized dress altered all on my own. The alteration cost of the dress was more than what I paid for the original.Im super disappointed and annoyed with the poor customer service I received from Ashlee Bridal. I feel this entire issue could have been avoided had Ashlee Bridal been willing to work as a team with me.My advice: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THERE ARE BETTER PLACES OUT THERE! KEEP LOOKING!

The first time I had went into Ashlee’s I was very pleased. It was after that where we things went terrible. My bridesmaids got sized for their dresses in store and 2 of them needed alterations afterwards, even though their body size did not change. One bridesmaid’s dress was 3 inches too short. They also have a lady that does alterations there and when I first tried on the dress she said she would be able to do alterations no problem. Every time I came in for alterations she would complain about how difficult my dress was. Our groomsman’s tux were different than our dads tux when we ordered them, but they were sent out the exact same. We were missing things for the guys tux’s but unfortunately didn’t realize it until the day of the wedding. A day before the wedding I was in New Ulm getting nails done and I had called to see if shoes were in for 3 of our guys before I left town and Alexa very rudely said “I told you I would call you when they were in.” When I returned the tux’s of course Alexa was not in so I left my name and number to talk to her about my concerns because our wedding party had spent close to $4000 and never received a call.... I will NEVER be back!!!
