Ashton was great! Very helpful and worked through our phone port until it was resolved.

It wasnt busy and Cecelia was with other people but she took a second to ask of second to see if i was gonna need help or had questions and let me know it would be just a couple minutes and she would be right with me. Cecelia was friendly and polite and a big help. The store did have what I was looking for as well.

Used to really like this store..Last time they said we are putting on a screen protector right? Im thinking the plastic one, what 20 bucks? All of a sudden a sixty some liquid screen protector is on the phone. Covid masks werent being worn properly by one employee. We were really just taken advantage of, clearly getting paid on commission or bonuses riping off customers.

Why its not going to change its practice or my opinion of them

They have no problem selling you something, no so good at getting back at you when you call to ask questions or for plan info.

They have always been friendly & courteous to me but even more important, very knowledgeable regarding their products. My experience has NOT always been this way concerning other Verizon Outlet Stores...

No one knew how to sell me or connect a headset. I walked out in frustration.
