Very happy happy with the service from sales to installation. We needed a washer and dryer set that would work for our family and they did a great job. The product was quickly available and the installation went well. Thank you very much for taking care of us today.

Joel Garza was knowledgeable, very friendly, and looked for all possible ways to give the consumer the best price possible. He greeted us at the door asking if he could help us, but wasnt hovering, and was available when we had questions. I will definitely recommend this Sears Hometown store!

They never return calls. Dont buy the small deep freezer, it dies just after 2 years. You can verify this buy reading reviews. The replacement part has only a 90 day warranty, and the repair line representative claims, the compressor with only cost about 20 dollars and labor will be about 50, which is about what the minimum fee for coming out is. I spoke to a independent repair shop he said there is no compressor for 20 dollars available anywhere, thats Sears is miss representing to get a home service call. Its to bad too, Sears use to be quality product.Heres the kicker, I had all my meat and other frozen food in it, its all gone. I am on a fixed income and cant afford to buy any food right now. My son and I have bread to eat, seriously thats it. THANKS Sears for becoming selling junk products. Youll never get another dollar of mine and I am posting this on face book. I plan to call BBB and attorney general, this model is know for these issues and should be removed from market.

DO NOT BUY the KENMORE 8000 BTU Window air. The fan made awful noise and when I tried to return it after only two weeks they chargd me $32.00 to return a defective item. They said they could send it in, and I could wait for them to determine the cause and repair it. Its JULY. They had three others in the store and refused to do an exchange. BEWARE! The policy is to charge you 13% or more to return defective merchandise! I will never spend another nickle with SEARS and will tell everyone by word of mouth and on line what a shady business they run. Go to Walmart, menards, anywhere but SEARS>
