I was very happy with Windshield hub! When I called their main competitor who I see on TV ads all the time I was unhappy with the prices and decided to take a chance with Windshield Hub. The service was incredible, they were on time and the price was significantly lower that’s their competitor. I could tell the quality of the windshield was better too! I have 2 other windshields that need replacing and I won’t even shop around. I’m a customer for life!

They were less expensive than the big company and probably more professional. The installer took pride in his work and carefully removed all of the caulkingwhatever it is that surrounds a window. Somehow he even was able to keep the window decal and change it from one window to the other.

Excellent experience. Technician was great. Called 30 min before arriving and installed new windshield quickly before it rained. He also had to maneuver around ladders that were on a ladder rack above which he did perfectly. He vacuumed broken glass and took away old windshield. Very pleased with the service.

After further review I would like to edit my original review. After 36 hours I noticed several issues with the service. I had my framing and visor peel of and even fly off my car while driving on the highway. After reporting the issue and providing the necessary photos, I was supposed to be contacted about having the issue fixed with a technician coming out within 48 hours. It has been 6 days since the initial & I had to reach out angrily in order to receive an update in which was that I would have to wait another day at minimum to have this issue rectified. On first encounter all was well initially, when an issue arose they mishandled this situation immensely. I will NEVER refer anyone to use this company’s services after currently this. A simple follow up could’ve alleviated some hostility however no follow-up is gravely unprofessional. *UPDATE* Steve the technician came out and repaired what needed to be fix and for his service and communication I highly commend him.

I booked windshield replacement with less than 24 hours notice and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of service I received. The repairman was very kind and quickly replaced my windshield which had been cracked for more than a year. Replacement isn’t covered by my insurance without a $500 deductible, which is unreasonable. Windshield Hub is reasonably priced and the service was about $200 cheaper than Safelite. I’m glad that I found this place — they saved me lots of money and time.

Replacing my windshield was easy and economical. The dealer wanted twice as much. The big National TV advertiser (safe lite) wanted $150 more. My vehicle doesnt stay in the same place more than a couple hours at a time Monday - Saturday so it can be difficult to get repairs like a windshield replaced completed...not only was the process of setting up the event painless, but the precision and accuracy of the time of replacement was like watching the Olympic synchronized swimmers.
