My fiancé and I went to Jimmy Choo located in Madison to find the perfect pair of shoes for our big fat Bengali/Indian wedding. 😊This place were so welcoming and very helpful. What I like about this place is, they have everything out in display. BUT the sales associate Elena made it even more amazing. She helped me find the perfect pair of heels, that I instantly fall in love with!!Elena was a life saver in making sure my shoe size and the color was available and I cant thank her enough.You made a girl happyyyy &I wish you all the best!!🥂

We love love love our Jimmy Choos. Our main purchasing store is in Bellevue, Washington and Las Vegas.My daughter just went into the store on Madison Avenue in NYC. Nasty Nasty sales force. This is a special time, she came in to get the shoes for her wedding, your store is an arrogant, snobby shop.

Terrible terrible sales service. Rude and impolite when I tried to inquire order status. Even though I have all the order information needed, the sales representative couldn’t care less and only had cold answers like ‘I can’t disclose any information’ and ‘You just need to be patient’. No sense of customer service at all and talked like the customer is dumb. LA Rodeo Drive have way better attitude in comparison.

I had the pleasure of working with John at this location. He is absolutely amazing! He was patient, listened to my problem, and offered the perfect solution.If it werent for Johns stellar service, Id probably never shop at Jimmy Choo again. He is a proactive employee who has the foresight to identify future issues and take the measures to prevent them. I had called several other Jimmy Choo locations to have my question answered and everywhere else was super rude and short with me. One woman literally said, Am I making myself clear? I would think communication skills are top notch for a luxury company but that isnt the case.Thank you, John, for your help and I hope to shop with you in the future!

I just ordered the Mire 85 boot, I had questions about the fit as I usually wear the Romys which have a pointy toe and these are square. I went to the online Chat and Kim Gracianette answered a few questions, then suggested I call her. I actually had a conversation about these and others I own and she gave so much helpful information. Im from outside of Chicago and I will from now on only go through her for all my Jimmys. That kind of service is almost nonexistent anymore and sometimes you need to talk to a person. I was highly impressed with her knowledge and willingness to make sure every question I had was answered and understood.

Terrible service. Wanted to try one pair and waited for 15 mins with no greetings or anything. Will never ever drop by again

I wish I could post 0 stars. I had the absolute worst experience with this store. I was looking for a pair of heels for my wedding day online, but they were out of stock. I used the feature of chatting with an associate to see if someone could help me. I maintained contact with the associate until the shoes arrived. My excitement for the purchase ended upon opening the shoe box. The shoes were absolutely disgusting. They had brown stains on white fabric, the soles were shaved to appear new and the bow fabric was coming undone. They were so gross that I could not even try them on. This was my first purchase ever with Jimmy Choo. A purchase I thought would be memorable considering I told the sales associate these were for my wedding. This experience was memorable, but for all the wrong reasons.The shoes have since been sent back and I am awaiting a refund.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Purchased a pair of shoes that are defective. Wore them once and the leather inside is not put together properly causing a “dent”(brought them to a shoe repair store who let me know this) in the shoe! Wore the shoes one time and this happened. Contacted customer service who lost my email twice and then said there was nothing they could do! $600 paid of shoes and there’s “nothing” you can do?

I loved the staff and environment. Will be back. Great job guys. FYI I love my shoes and wallet.

Do not buy the Veto studded shoes! Studs fall off after a few wears and they claim its normal wear and tear! Poor quality shoes with no customer service and arrogant attitudes!

I got a pair of the fur lined biker boots as a gift. They were shipped to Minnesota. After wearing one time, my daughter pointed out that there was a defect in the boot. When I called the store, they told me to ship them back to a specific persons attention . They have REFUSED to reimburse for return shipping and implied I am lucky they are willing to repair these brand new $1200 boots. They do not stand behind their merchandise!! I will never but anything Jimmy Choo or a Michael Kors ( their parent company), and will certainly share this story with everyone I know.

Came to pick up a shoe I purchased two of in Florida, neve had such bad service from Jimmy Choo staff! They even left out my dustbag.... Will never buy from this location again and will notify all my friends and family to stay clear

Not happy at all . Bought two pairs of shoes. They sent the wrong size for one of them. When i hesitated with the 2nd pair i was never offered the 3 day approval before charging it to my credit card. I give them a zero rating and will only buy in a department store from now on.
