Well, The moment I enter Urban Home, I felt at home, and I new this is my place that I will buy my kitchen from.I new exact the design I wanted and I looked in so many places . I have a unique kitchen and unusual one.Either, the other did not know or could not see what I wanted.Mr Jacob, gave me confident, and gave me what I wanted.Personal attention, That what every one need, to get to the goal you are looking. Were ever we had issue with size, or location, all was solve to satisfied my needs. Just to make me happy.The word NOT able was not existed. And off course things happened and issues were there. But all was solved to my likes.They have super experience team excellent service, friendly, Highly knowledgeable.

You can read the review but ...BOTTOM LINE... you are fool if you go to any other kitchen and bath shop in the state of NY.Pros: personal one-on-one time and attention. Multitude of options and finishes. Cutting edge design solutions. Great designers. Impeccable attention to detail. Highly knowledgeable, friendly, and clean installers.Over all experience was above what I had expected. My over 20 lineal feet kitchen had arrived on time and installed without a hiccup. My designer came up with a few very inventive solutions in order to fully maximize the space I had, using really up and coming design solution I wasnt even aware existed. When one issue had come up due to a building mix up (nothing to do with Urban Homes) my designer Jacob made his way to my house (in hudson valley NY) personally to help find a solution. The design process was very pleasant and I had a large variety of styles and finishes to choose from. The kitchen came in at the budget i had allocated to it. No surprises there. My designer also consulted on other aspects of the kitchen they had not provided me with and were more that happy to assist in any area they were knowledge able.I could no be more satisfied with the service, the design, the options, the installation, and the final product!BOTTOM LINE: you are fool if you go to any other kitchen and bath shop in the state of NY.

Urban Homes has an excellent selection of cabinets from several different manufactures and ranging in price. They have super experience team especially Derek. He went over details and options with us and set out the proposal of various items so that we could decide, based on our budget and our priorities. It was pleasure working with Derek & Urban Homes team.

We bought Astor Cucine kitchen from Urban Homes but had our own contractor install the kitchen as we live away from the city. The kitchen is beautiful and it was pleasure to work with Michelle in designing the kitchen and finding exactly what we wanted. However, if you are working with your own contractor be aware that the (limited) instructions how to install the kitchen are only provided in Italian and you need a very experienced contractor to make it work. Additionally, if some shortcomings are pointed out to the management of Urban Homes they become very defensive.

We recently purchased kitchen cabinets at Urban Homes and worked with Michelle Doherty. She was extremely professional, attentive and helpful. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the cabinets and the level of service from Urban Homes, who also assisted in the cabinet installation. Id definitely recommend Urban Homes and would work with them again.

I wandered in to Urban Homes without an appointment and was cordially greeted and invited to look around as much as I liked. My questions were fully answered, including estimated pricing and I received several product samples and a cabinet brochure.The next time I wandered in I met Derek who ultimately helped us with the cabinet decisions and then came over to take measurements and make suggestions. I am absolutely thrilled with these cabinets!!! The two installers were extremely capable and worked all day every day until the job was complete. This was not an easy task as our building is 125 years old and nothing is straight or true. Virtually every cabinet had to be cut.Our only problem was that the lead time ended up being quite a bit longer than estimated, mostly because of the end-of-year holidays, but the result was worth the wait.

My wife and I were recommended to Michelle at Urban Homes thru a friend that was in the process of renovating her apartment and had just placed an order for kitchen cabinets.We shopped around and looked at other cabinets and showrooms but ultimately decided on Urban Homes for 2 reasons.1 - For our kitchen, we liked the the style and design of the cabinets at Urban Homes better than other places2 - The service that Urban Homes, especially Michelle who we dealt exclusively with, was way beyond that of any place we had went to.Michelle spent more time with us than any other showroom we visited, answered numerous phone calls and e-mails in an extremely prompt manner, and she even volunteered to come to tile showrooms to help pick out a matching floor, backsplash, and countertop. We were impressed with her knowledge of the products and really appreciated her taking her time with us - understanding that is a big decision and purchase and gave us multiple quotes upon request. One other thing that was great was that they facilitated our appliance purchase for us, getting us a better price and coordinating delivery to coincide with the cabinets being delivered.As for the product itself - we could not be more happy with our cabinets and have not had any problems. We had our own contractor install the cabinets and he did not seem to have any problems during the process (Michelle said that at any point he could call their installers and ask any question that he may have).Overall, we have no complaints about our cabinets or the service provided by Michelle and the team at Urban Homes and would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to renovate their kitchen.
