Quality rainproof jackets, pants and bags in actually good looking designs for the fashion conscious crowd that wants to stay dry. But with 3 shop assistants I didn’t even get a hello, not to mention help. And when the shop is this small, and you’re trying to establish your Danish foot on the American clothing market, your employees need to be more aggressive in a friendly way and sell product! Not talk about personal lives and yesterday’s hangovers...

I have one raincoat and recently ordered another. This coat is too big and I need to return - they do not make returns easy. No preprinted label and you pay for all returns. However, I do love the raincoats.

Ive been here once, super cool little store. I own three raincoats from this brand, theyre expensive but Ive had them for two years and they still look brand new. Planning on visiting again next time im in the city.

I ordered a rain jacket from this company and received a stinky, flimsy, and creased product. Unlike every other retailer this company does not offer free returns and instead intentionally makes the return process cumbersome and difficult for customers. Do not purchase these overpriced and cheaply made products.
