I purchased a pair of diamond earrings for my wife as a gift for our 5 year anniversary. I was very decided on what I wanted to purchase before going to Firenze, one of several stores on my list to go to. Ive purchased from another jeweler in the Diamond District before (one of my go-to stores), they were on my list as well.But, in my research of earrings available, the overall grade of diamonds, the selection, and price, Firenze really stood out!After reviewing the selection at Firenze, seeing the difference in earrings, the style and how they appear, etc. I actually wound up making a different choice, a better choice. And, one that my Wife is very happy with.I was very happy with the experience as well! I met with Kerri who was very honest, shared her opinions as well as her knowledge, and helped me make a really good and informed decision of the options of selection available.Overall, a 5-star rating all around, and definitely on my list of go-to jewelers going forward.

They never return calls. They changed ever since Feb 2020.They are only online now. Do not buy . Beware!

My fiancé first purchased my original engagement ring here in November of 2018! After losing my engagement ring I reached out to Firenze in hoping to create a new one! Highly recommend this group. After a few months worth of shopping and bad experience I stumbled into miles and Kerri in the diamond district. I knew from the first hello that I wanted to work with them as they were very pleasant and genuine. They supplied me with exactly what I was looking for and did it within my budget. Really nice people with really nice product who I plan on referring out to all my friends looking to get engaged soon.

We were in NY visiting family and were in the area to go see the the sites when we stopped in.The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I ended up purchasing a small necklace for my wife even though we had just been browsing. The necklace is beautiful and the staff was really patient with us. We’ll be back :)

Kerri and Myles were amazing to work with! My now fiance and I planned our trip to the Diamond district months in advance. We researched the jewelers and also checked their records with the Better Business Bureau before choosing 3 stores to shop at for a ring! Needless to say after we met with Myles and Kerri, we no longer wished to shop anywhere else! They were professional, knowledgeable and most of all CARING!! We chose our diamond and setting on Friday afternoon and were promised it would be sized and ready on Saturday in time for our engagement party on Sunday. My boyfriend and I were just looking while in New York and we were fortunate enough to meet Kerri at Firenze Jewels. We just showed up on a Saturday, and with no warning, Kerri dropped what she was doing, took as much time as it took to show and explain to both Mike and myself exactly the process of selecting and purchasing a loose stone and an empty shank and how they will make the perfect ring once made into a one of a kind ring. I am pretty knowledgeable on the 3 Cs, but you never know it all unless you work in the business. Kerri is a certified gemologist. Since loose stones arent kept on site, notice is requested to be given when you will visit so that they can have options on hand when you visit, however, we just walked in on Kerri and were looking for something very rare and specific. She found it, presented it, and Mike ordered it. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kerri and Firenze Jewels. She IS TRULY THE DEFINITION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE (not to mention so personable and hilarious!!). We will definitely go back to her and I am even taking my son to her as he is getting engaged soon (and we live in Virginia Beach but she is worth the trip!!).

Every time I enter Firenze it’s like a kid walking into a candy store. I love and want everything! Their jewels are just FABULOUS and the staff is so friendly and full of energy. My favorite is their big right hand diamond rings. I have purchased 2 of them a few years back but recently they have amazing new ones that I got to have. I can’t recommend this store enough.
