Not only are they incredibly professional with excellent taste in their help selecting stones but also very kind and patient.After moving from NYC to Upstate New York I have often needed to purchase stones through RDW remotely. This can be quite a tall order as it can require tons of emails and pictures going back and forth to find the perfect combination of stones.
