Such a great spandex fabric store. They had a wide variety of patterns and styles. Its not as crowded as the ones in the garment district. The employees were very helpful and patient. I was like a kid in a games store. Next door is the heroes/ firefighters .

I have ordered from this place a few times. All my orders have been correct and came extremely fast. I put a order through on Friday and today I received a call from an employer who notified me he did not have the fabric in stock. He had great customer service skills and was very patient with me since I made a few mistakes in my order. This is definitely one of my favorite places to order from.

This is the best quality jumbo spandex I’ve purchased. Great stretch and hugs the body nicely. I used it to make bridal party gowns and the girls looked amazing.

I placed a time-sensitive purchase on 5/18/2018, and designated FedEx Ground as my shipping option, estimating a arrival of between 5/23 and 5/25. The product did not arrive. I inquired on 5/28 @ 5:58pm and did not receive a response until 5/29 @ 4:38pm, which was simply, Hi, your card was decline. Thanks.I called immediately and spoke with a man who repeated that the card was declined. When I asked him why I had received confirmation the order was received, but no further communication regarding the declined card, he asked me why I had not called sooner. He then berated me with questions about why I would place an order with a card that didnt have enough money (Huh? Ever heard of mistyping a CC#?). He continued speaking aggressively, placing blame and fault on me. When I asked him what he would do to resolve the issue he continued his aggressive chatter. I tried to reason with him that I believed it was the companys responsibility to reach out to their customers when there were billing issues, as is the industry standard. He disagreed. I further indicated that the order I placed was time sensitive, that I needed the order yesterday, and he needed to get it out ASAP; however, he argued it was not reasonable for him to upgrade the shipping class to expedite the products arrival. I wholeheartedly disagreed. He continued to argue with me until I requested (repeatedly) to cancel the order.
