Two weeks after my window was installed in November, 2020, condensation appeared throughout the window, an obvious broken seal. It took two months for them to come and look at it and it’s now February and nothing has been done. Worst part is I’ve sent multiple texts, left messages, and gone to the shop- nothing! No response, no contact. Don’t even think about using this company.
