I will review 3 categories:1) Workmanship: outstanding. Car was returned in perfect condition, cleaned inside & out.2) Timeliness: Poor. It took almost 4 weeks to get all the approvals through insurance, parts ordered, and repairs done. (After waiting a month for the first available appontment to bring in!) They waited to hear from insurance after every supplemental claim instead of calling to find out that the claim was submitted wrong or without invoices, etc. I ended up having to call my insurance company every few days to make sure things kept moving along or it would have taken even longer.3) Cost: High. Went through insurance, but at the end when insurance hadnt yet approved the last $750 they literally said Were kinda holding your car hostage until your insurance company pays. They were billing (in addition to the 3K of repairs) 3 hours of technician time to disconnect & reconnect high voltage electrical system and to charge the car.In summary, Mopperts is a friendly, family-owned business that does premium work at a premium price, but needs to improve on their insurance company communication.

Moppert Auto Shop was the best! They provided excellent work, professional and friendly service -- True to their slogan - Where cars become better than new. I recommend this body shop to anyone who needs auto work.

The people who work here are awesome! Both my cars went in the same week for collision work. The first car ended up a total loss - but I appreciated this very much because at first the insurance company adjuster tried to fix but shouldnt of been fixed. Moppert gave second opinion on evaluation... - The second car came out looking brand new. The paint blend was perfect. The whole car, including under the hood was cleaned and sparkling. Awesome work and service. Got my car back faster than I had expected too as well! Thank you thank you!

True class act from start to finish. My Range Rover Autobiography was just delivered and WOW! While on vacation from Florida, we hit ice and ended up beating up the front and both sides of our RR. It looked horrible and I was afraid it would never be the same. That very well could have been true but we were fortunate enough to find Moppert Auto Collision and met with Greg. We had the car brought there and he helped us quickly get a rental car and assured us that he would have the truck looking better than new. I was skeptical being that we had a previous incident in which the body shop said that the particular Range Rover SVR bumper we had was impossible to get and left it without any bumper at all for MONTHS! Well, Greg is a man of his word and not only did he get his hands on the bumper but the truck came back looking like new! Not a screw missing from a fender, no lose parts, everything was professionally and perfectly done! They even had it shipped directly back to me in South Florida. Greg handled all of the insurance back and forth which was nice, I have had to be involved before and it is not fun. I can not express how happy I am with the service they provided. I hope they expand into South Florida so they can maintain our fleet and personal vehicles.

I normally do not write reviews, but Moppert Auto Collision deserves one! Someone rear ended me in my Alfa Romeo Stelvio back in December. I only had the car for 6 months and was devastated when my car was rear ended. Im meticulous when it comes to my car. I brought my Stelvio to Moppert Auto Collision and could not be happier!! Somehow, they made the car look better than when I first bought it! Dave was great to work with and so was the man at the front desk when I picked it up. I also got my windows tinted while they had the car and am very happy with the way it turned out. Cannot recommend their expertise and professionalism enough. They really know what they are doing!!

Top notch!! Couldnt be happier with the repair done to my vehicle! I was hesitant on bringing my new Mercedes just anywhere, but I am very happy I was referred to them by my dealership. They were very professional, knowledgeable and made sure my car was repaired the correct way. They made a very difficult situation feel so easy! They even sent me pictures of my vehicle to keep me updated when I called!

WARNING! If body work is not your strong suit, GET A SECOND QUOTE!My daughter brought her 2018 Alfa Romeo to Greg with the utmost confidence that he would be able to restore her vehicle to better than new as he advertises. Unfortunately, he instead took advantage of her lack of knowledge and swindled her like a true con man.After receiving Gregs estimate of almost $18,200, my daughter spent a week and a half arguing State Farm and even filing reports with the insurance commissioner so that Greg could be the one to fix her car. My daughter was under the assumption that Moppert Auto Collision was the only certified body shop for Alfa Romeo. Come to find out, this is not true. There is currently no body shop in the state of Delaware that is certified.Upon picking her car up after State Farm demanded that she get a second quote, Greg charged her $500 for the estimate, $299 for a lot fee, $99 for a gate fee and $125 a day to store her vehicle, all in all totaling in $2,200. Although Greg claims the car was garage kept, it was very apparent that it was kept outside. The car was filthy inside and out, it smelled of cigarettes and her dent had not even been touched.My daughter was able to take her car back to the certified PA dealership where she purchased it and save $13,000 on the repairs. Below is a picture of the damage to her car. You decide for yourself if you think it was worth $18,200.

Just picked up my 2018 Mercedes G wagen .. and I couldn’t be happier. Great shop to go to they get all factory parts for the job. When your insurance company writes for all aftermarket or junk yard parts. Also when you get your car back looks better then new your insurance companys are the crooks and moppert auto collision gets you what you deserve.

I had my 2018 Maserati Ghibli recently repaired through Moppert Auto and the craftsmanship and quality of this work was top knotch. $2200 in storage fees for 10 days and an estimate! PROCEED WITH CAUTION!4/5/19:You can help me by explaining why you charged me a $300 lot fee & a $100 gate fee after charging $125/a day for a garage kept vehicle. Better yet, you can help me by refunding my money.We trusted you & fought a $15,000 difference for you & this is what we got in return. You knew your estimate was outrageously overpriced & we still backed you. What you charge & where you think your worth lies is on you but we couldnt afford your services without the insurance company & you knew that.State farm demanded that we at least take it for a second estimate & your response was to stomp your feet & overcharge US to release our car. What if the other body shops estimate was in the same ballpark? Youre closer, we wouldve brought the car back to you! And lets get real, we all know it was kept out back & Im cool with that but respect me enough to not bold faced lie to me for the sake of an upcharge. Lets say Im crazy & it was garage kept, then why was I charged a lot fee & gate fee for a vehicle that was parked in a garage? You maliciously retaliated against us, as if we did something to you.The worse part of it all is that you waited until 4:50pm knowing you close at 5pm, to give us the storage cost. Ron had been calling you all day for it but you were trying to manipulate us into another day & possibly even the weekend.I know youre a young business owner but its not always about the immediate payout. Sometimes its about the end game; the name youre creating for yourself & the amount of honesty & integrity behind it. I truly hope that youre able to learn from this fiasco & handle things differently for the next client who finds themselves in our shoes. As for us, its just one more burn for the books.

Total con artists. After not deciding to use them because their estimate was too high they charged me $2,000 to release my car. Taking them to court.
