I was reccomend to bring my car to One Stop Auto Body. I needed a new back bumper, a full new paint job, and I wanted my rims restored. The owner was friendly and outgoing and reassured me my car will look like it came out the showroom once finished. A few weeks later, I received a call that my car is ready. 10 min later, I got a call back that my car isnt ready. Very unprofessional. A few days later, i get another call my car is ready..then a few minutes later, the shop called back again to tell me that while they were backing my car out of the garage, they damaged my bumper and needed to fix it! Another week went by and my car is finally ready, or was it? I got to the body shop and my car STILL wasnt ready! Tape had to be taken out of my gas tank, owner then ripped off the insulation under my hood, and a few touch ups had to be done. I noticed a few spots that were not painted correctly and mentioned it to the owner. He told me to come back after the weekend was over..after my car had already been in the shop for 3 weeks. Once I got home, I noticed the paint started chipping on the hood of my car..brand new paint already chipping??!! And this paint chipping has continued all over my front bumper. My car is 10 years old and has never had any paint chipping until my supposed new paint job. I called the shop to tell them and they asked me to bring my car back in but i decided not to waste my time going back. I didnt feel comfortable returning to the shop. It should of been painted right the first time and Im sorry to say Im extremely disappointed. Photos of paint chipping below. All pics are of front bumper. Some are zoomed in.EDIT: since my new paint job in 2019 at One Stop Auto Body, my entire front bumper has more EXTREME paint chipping off along with paint chipping off the doors as well. I notice new paint chipping off very often. Especially after highway driving. I have had body work done to my car in the past and needed new paint and it has never chipped off like this horrendous job One Stop Auto did. Im adding a few more photos. I wouldnt recommend One Stop Auto Body to anyone! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves! Im surprised you are still in business. Absolutely despicable! Zero stars if I had the option.

Best Body Shop HANDS DOWN.. This place knows what theyre doing and loves what theyre doing.. The body of work proves it..My TC went in bad shape( broken driver mirror, damage door, front panel and Hood) but looks amazing now!! Everyone was very helpful and communication was non stop throughout whole process ..Highly recommended!

In 2017 I was involved in a car accident, running around like a chicken with my head chopped off to find a shop that would help me. Let me tell you this is the best shop Ive been to and they fixed my car and had it looking and running brand new. I highly recommend this shop!

Excellent service and staff. Took my exotic vehicle there for a full paint job and it came out perfect. They even took me out for a Liquid Lunch.

Rick helped me out with my new M3 bumper . got it paint matched & installed on the car within a couple days . came out perfect in my opinion better than OEM . I will definitely be back for more aftermarket installs .

Amazing work for a reasonable price !

Extremely bad experience. Charged $4000 for a full car paint job and some repairs which I agreed. They took the check before showing me the completed vehicle. During pickup I saw they had not completed all the work and they mentioned that I have to now pay more if I want the pending work to be done...classic bait and switch. Fortunately I was able to put in a stop payment with my bank. Owner called and verbally abused and threatened me. I had to involve my attorney and local police department. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Went there to fix the A/C. They charged me more to do a leak test and they only put the gas. Came back and they told me come back another week because they were busy. Rip off
