This place is horrible!! I ve had nothing but problems with them and the last 3 Hondas I bought from them. They returned my car with white stuff all over my side view mirrors they had to fix, got it on my window pillar also,then claimed they didnt do it. They are now ruined! See the pictures, they are very incompetent and didnt even perform an oil change correctly on one of my civics I had. Please avoid this place!!

This location will NOT take appointments on weekdays. This led to my wife and 3yr old showing up on Monday morning and waiting for over 3 hours for an oil change ( that they told her would only take 1hr or less). 20 other unfortunate customers had similar fates, waiting in an small hot waiting room.The second star was awarded for the snacks they were able to offer the 3yr old.

I went to Martin Honda for B1 service. I told them I only wanted an oil change and was told it would be a 3 hour wait. Amodd the service advisor was on the phone talking to someone and acted like I wasn’t there. He was not helpful and unprofessional. I then called and spoke with Lea who told me it was a 2hour wait. I asked, which is it? Lea said “I don’t know what to tell you..”. This Honda is horrible..

It took a minute to find somewhere to fix last review. I am satisfiedwith Kia and its Services. I take pride and ownership of my car and Martin Kia are the only people who have touched it. Proud to say Mrs.Stephanie goes above and beyond. She is one of the main reasons I remain loyal to Kia.

My service manager is great, car came back to greasy finger prints on the interior. the list has gotten longer, Ivan the service manager was nice on the phone and said he would look into it.. but then nothing... i think they are simply too busy... they are not keeping up with demand and thats on them, because its been that way for years.... my new car is a Tesla so that helps... Now I only have one honda left and prob my last...

The service representative who talked with me via phone gave wrong info, which wasted my time and effort. I called the service number to get info for car mirror repair. The representative told me to drive into the express service lane to get an appraisal. She also said I could get my car serviced for code B via express service. I drove in before 5pm and was told by the valet that I need an appointment for code B service. He also told me that I was at the wrong location for repair appraisal and needed to go to the bodyshop. The valet was nice and gave me directions to the Honda bodyshop. It was difficult to find as theres no sign for it. I have to drive and ask around to find the bodyshop, which was actually the collision center?? Anyway, the reception lady there told me that I have to make an appointment for the appraisal and the earliest available time is next Wednesday. She looked unhappy and was of course not nice to customers. Appointments that can be made over phone ended up waste my time to drive in to make in-person appointments due to the misleading info the phone representative gave. I gave her 0 star. The two star is an appreciation for the kind valet. This review is to remind myself to avoid martin Honda at newark, de. I had a bad experience shopping a car with them. I bought my car at another dealer. Though I would service my car here as it is close to school. But its better to drive further to be treated right and to support good business.

I go to Martin Honda only because I bought my car there! I would like to find a local mechanic to work on my car but they are far and few between.Martin Honda does the job but there is ALWAYS more that needs to be done on your car!!! Sometimes I think they just hook it up to a computer that says its time for this to be done, without really checking to see if it truely needs to he done! Would be nice to have an honest mechanic that tells you only what you really need done.Dont get me wrong...they are always friendly and inform me of what is needed...it just always seems like more and more is added each timeI also realize that I have am older car but maybe dont throw so much at people all at once, ease onto it with a little at a time

I witnessed my daughter receive the worst service that I have ever seen. She was given several different times during the day and the car still wasnt ready at 5:00! It was simply a nail in a tire! AND the service advisor, Sherri, was rude and defensive.

Charged us for service that wasn’t done, with picture proof. Got a poor excuse of an apology, citing that the tech was “newer.”The service manager was only willing to give us a credit towards the same service in the future, or to do that service. I had spoken my concern that the rest of the service that was covered has no way of being documented if it was done, and I respectfully ask that it when done again to insure accuracy and they denied it. Something my Subaru service guys and gal would NEVER stand for and would rectify immediately.Will never recommend them, nor return.*Update*I was indeed contacted by a service manager who apologized for the lack of concern and action taken the first time. However, it’s a shame that such a legitimately simple fix took a bad review for them to do anything about. I offered the simple fix which this gentleman agreed should’ve been the first and only option at the time and they refused. At least until they received a negative review. This is what happens when you’re reactive, not proactive, with your customer service. Think of it like getting a wrong order at a place like McDonald’s versus Chik-Fil-a. Again, sad to see that it took a negative review for the same result that should’ve been given to a customer for their mistake the first time.

Coronavirus protective measures at Martin Honda Service are sketchy at best, I had hours to watch the lack of social distancing, improper or no use of masks while employees spoke with customers and drove their cars. Although I had an early appointment, my car was put on hold for hours, waiting until a mechanic was available. No attempt was made to contact me to reschedule so I could wait safely at home. Foolishly, I thought my car was being worked on and would be ready soon. While transportation was provided to those who wanted to wait at home, there was no way to get a ride back when work was completed.The outdoor waiting area is hot, loud, and dangerous. Metal folding chairs set up in a few parking spaces in a dead-end between two long buildings of service bays. The narrow lane between is supposed to be one-way but it really isnt. Its a demolition derby of customers, employees, deliveries, and a lunch truck all jockeying for position with varying skill and confusion. Convenient for service advisors and uncomfortable and risky for customers.You dont want to know about the sanitary arrangements: one toilet in a mens room for all of the waiting customers. Cars are wiped down after service but then a valet will often drive the car again to park in a new location and fail to wipe it down. All in all, an epic fail.For many reasons this was the worst customer experience I have had in my long association with Martin dealerships and service. I feel as if I was needlessly put at risk, ignored, stressed, overcharged, and dismissed. If you must go, wait until the pandemic is over because Martin is Not Delivering right now.

Do NOT go here. The service center is not practicing social distancing and is putting its customers at risk. I had to take my car in and I called ahead to make sure that I could drop off my card without any contact, and they said I could. When I arrived, they told me that I had to bring my car into the garage (which was filled with people, some of whom were not wearing masks), and talk to the intake person. I asked if I could call them with the information they needed so I could avoid contact and they refused. The person who took our information walked RIGHT UP to my husband, despite his and my repeated requests that he step back. These people are recklessly endangering their customers.

I only had my car for 2 months Ive been to this place 3 times. Not only do I feel like they wouldnt help me because Im a female my boyfriend brought my car back and had no problem... Brought my car back under warranty for a oil change they told me it wasnt under warranty, ask to speak to a manager after review all my information for 15mins they came back and said its under warranty they made a mistake and its free..The customers service is the worst here so somewhere else
