Took my car to get motor mounts put in and they broke a censor i had just put in myself a week before. When i addressed it i was met with argument. Took me a week of explaining til he finally gave me my refund and still argued that the car came in like that. They even broke the plug the censor goes into and placed a zip tie on it. They Never told me a thing.On top of all this, i bought the mounts myself and brought them in. It was 4 mounts i gave them. Come to find out they only installed 2 of them and now im being yelled at saying they were put in even tho the 2 mounts in the back arent replaced at all. I told em all he has to do is look in my car and see they are not in my car but he preferred screaming at me and expressing how hes not happy about paying me back for the censor they broke. He refuses to complete the job i paid for. They had even charged me extra because my car takes 4 mounts instead of three when all they installed was 2. Dont trust this place.

Theres a pandemic of overcharging here.Also bad at diagnosing.

Please watch this place. I was a loyal client to this place. I referred and take my personal cars there for everything. In February 2019, I went for a complete tune up with synthetic oil change. The gas filter and oil change wasnt done. I would have driven 20 thousand miles, while thinking I had new oil..etc. However, my intuition told me to check on what he said he had done. I had to argue the owner Reuben down just to show him the work wasnt. After taking two days off just to prove to him the work wasnt done, he finally decided to agree to do what I originally paid for. He also installed cheap parts on my car. My front brake pads along with the rotors were done during the same time as the tune-up. After two months of moderate driving, my front brakes started to squeak and left severe brake dust on the rims. I know brakes last longer that. I went to Reuben with that too, and explained and showed him what was happening. He didnt change the brakes with quality brakes, so instead I had to spend money elsewhere on new brake pads. Be very careful with this place!

Spent over $600 and the problem never got fixed .. just keeps charging you for more parts & the main problem never gets fixed. Don’t go here

I believed in this place at once but I every time I brought my suv here I had to bring it back. I hate that I cant trust someone in business. At this point I just want to file a complaint with the city so no one else goes threw what I been threw.
