Very rude and ignorant manager. I ordered parts from online. One was a control arm/ball joint assembly. I did not need the product so I decided to return it to this store. Upon trying to return the items, the first worker at cash register #1 was very hostile. When PIERRE was called, he decided to do an overly inspection of all 3 items. When he could not find anything wrong, he decided that because the first 2 letters of a specific item number was different (the physical item had a sticker & started with different letters but the same last 6 numbers as the item number on the box. This was possibly a warehousing mistake. He insinuated that my mechanic switched the part. He accused me and the mechanic as if we were trying to run a scam. Pierre caused unnecessary confusion and began to become combative & belligerent with me. He also attempted to step towards my face when I told him I am returning it at that location. My mechanic would never try to switch a new part for another new part, let alone a very expensive part which they do not keep in stores. Pierre was very unprofessional. He said he “is in the mechanic business so he knows what he is talking about.” He is a short (5’2-5’3), Hispanic male (tan skinned) and partially going bald, with some gray in his hair. Whatever his personal bias or insinuations were about, he decided to be unprofessional and took his assigned duty as manager too far. It is just an auto retail store, no one has to keep anything that they did not use and he has no right to accuse or attempt to attack me. Everything that Pierre did is on camera. It is unfortunate that I could not return items without being harassed. This store is also documented with for stealing my packages from UPS since they are a hub station. Last year, the previous manager took my packages home because he assumed since it only had my name but the store’s address, that it was theirs to keep. These were clothing items and it probably was Pierre as well.

Easy to find items. Top quality rigid long lasting products and familiar brand names. Exceptional and friendly staff. Quick wait times also with orders on hold. Fast easy returns too. Store hours could be later though. Until 10:00pm instead of 8:00pm which is ridiculous.

Bad Customer Service here, try AutoZone, they are cheaper and right next door. AutoZone is very attentive in satisfying customer’s needs and make sure that every process is smooth.

Quick and easy.On this times of Amazon were you never know if what youre getting is original or not its good to have a place were you still have certain level of peace of mind when you buy parts.Also if you like to work on your own car it feels good to go through the process going to the parts store.Lets save that. I buy a lot of stuff from Amazon but some times if i can and have the time I like to support the local Parts Store.

Horrible and dishonest service. I went to buy a car battery and took the used one. on the stores website the product was $ 100.00 and at the time they charge me $ 149.00. Then he took the used battery and said he was going to give me a $ 22 discount if I left the used one. so I didn’t receive it, he put 149 + 22 and - 22 .... in short I paid 149 for a product that costs 100 and I didn’t have any discount.

Walked in over the weekend to get some emission fluid and no employees were wearing masks, a customer also walked in with no mask and nothing was said. Insanely irresponsible.

Good customer service. I needed to place an order for a hard to get specialty part. It took some time to look up but the service clerk spent the extra time to call another store to confirm that the item was correct before making the order. This store seems to be well stocked and had a good veriety of parts and services. Very clean and organized. This Advance Auto is located directly next to an AutoZone parts store. Between the two, youre sure to find what you are looking for.
