Great staff & super helpful

Had a fleet vehicle with a problem that a dealer misdiagnosed and kept for over 2 weeks. We moved vehicle here and Carmine did a commendable and fantastic job with communicating, diagnosing, road testing. Turned out that there were no parts needed after all and problem was much simpler than we expected. They have earned top spot for service in my book. Thank you very much.

The best auto repair arround down town Newark

Thank God for Ashley who works here, my car broke down in the middle of Newark and I was from out of town, their prices were great. They could have charged me an outrageous price but they didn’t. If I would have taken it to VW where I lived they would have charged me probably three times as much. Nesbitt Auto really cares about their customers

Very convenient location

I have been burned by many mechanics. Overpriced parts..overcharging by saying one price than charging me another..fake broken parts..this is the first time I have a mechanic i can trust. Gets it right the first time.

Ashley rocks!!! Always takes care of me, even in a rush. They really keep my car running well for 11 yrs old.

Classic bait and switch. I was quoted a labor fee of $225 last week for swapping out leaf springs and then when I brought my truck in this morning was told the labor was going to be $380. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! A friend gave me this warning last week and now I know what he means.
