I brought my car in to Porter Infiniti on June 26, 2021. I had been driving on grinding, squealing, brakes for months!! I told Pat Gil this, and that I know I need rotors as well. I get my car back and Im still feeling and hearing the grinding and squealing. I call extremely upset, he says bring the car I will check it out. I bring it back the next day. He proceeds to tell me its just because I didnt get the back braked done yet but its completely safe. He points to some shiny clip and says see they were changed Trust me Ive been doing this 25 years......He succeeded in convincing me everything was fine. 2 wks later I get the rears done. The same thing is happening and now my abs light is on. He tells me to bring it back to check the abs. Says I need some part that will take 3 days to get here and he will call me when it comes it. Dont worry, I will do this for free since youre just getting on your feet. Then .... crickets ... I left multiple messages. He never calls back. After 4 weeks of leaving messages, I take it to NTB, they say they never changed the rotors at all, they resurfaced them. Check out the pics below!! Called Pat Arnotti, whom is supposed to be the GM, leave him a message, and Pat Gil, finally decided to call. Very unprofessional of Pat Arnotti! Pat Gil, proceeds to tell me that he did not change my rotors on the rear at all!! Can anyone, tell me why on Gods green earth would he not change my rotors after driving on grinding and squealing brakes for months???? When I ask him to fix them correctly without charge, he says he absolutely will not. After paying near $1000. For a shoty brake job, I am now being FORCED to pay another $1000 to it have it done correctly somewhere else. The absolute WORST service I have ever received in my life.
Didnt offer the shuttle advertised on line, but service was good, all the staff were helpful and friendly.Great communication
