Lox and cream cheese bagel. Phenomenal! Everything from the service, to smells, to presentation, to taste. Such a great food experience. I love that you are super close to my hotel and I can walk here. Cant wait to try your sausage veggie dish with rice!

Ugh this place is sooo delicious! Baked goods are fresh there daily including this croissant used in this sandwich [bacon eggs and cheese on a croissant]. Prices are great but they close at 3pm! Be sure to get there before then!

Not the friendliest of staff. Cheap bagels which arent the best, but not the worst either. The staff are in a hurry when you order even if you are the only one in line. The place has that smell of egg no matter what time you walk in. They have ample parking which is nice

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! One of the worst bagel places I have ever been to I ordered two Taylor ham egg and cheese salt pepper ketchup I leave there only to find out that they give me Taylor ham and cheese. When I went back there the guy argues with me saying I never said eggs. He then takes both of the sandwiches opens them up to throw eggs on it and one of them there was already a bike taken out so they didnt even give me fresh sandwiches. Then he tries to charge me For the eggs.

Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food is old hard and DISGUSTING. The food I ordered was a combo of one main dish and 2 sides. After confirming with the employee and ordering my food, he tells me at checkout that I only get 1 side. which he didn’t mention earlier and it says otherwise on the menu. I ended up throwing the food out because the rice has NO FLAVOR OR SEASONING and it’s a mixture of soggy / rock hard. The burger meat had no flavor and they forgot to put the cheese in that I paid extra for. & the Taylor ham bagel was stale bread. NEVER AGAIN.

I wish google had negative stars, because 1 is way too much for the service I received today.This morning on May 9th I decided to have bagels and I could have gone anywhere else, but decided to patronize a place in my own neighborhood I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a few other items, I noticed how much cream cheese the individual put on my bagel and when I asked at the time of sale how much the bagel was with cream cheese, because it didnt seem comparable to what he gave me, the gentleman became rude agitated and told me if I wanted my money back I could have it, that was not my intention, it was only to ask how much the bagel was and I re-thought and decided to take my money back when I did he threw my money back at me and cursed at me with expletives and told me that never come back to his store again. In this time that we find ourselves in I could spend my money anywhere but I decided to patronize something in my own neighborhood. I recommend that you should seek out other places to purchase bagels, because the service here today was inexcusable I dont care how agitated how annoyed people are, you dont treat customers that way. I am in health care and I of all people could be agitated and arrogant and annoyed, but Im not. I was completely appalled by the Service of Simply Bagel and I will tell friends and family never to patronize this establishment again.

By far the worst customer service! i went in for a bacon egg and cheese on a garlic bagel and two everythings. I left with two plain bagels and a plane bagel instead of garlic. I had to repeat my order three times cause the guy was too busy talking to everyone. They then charged me for two tuna sandwiches lol. they need to get it together.

Very good bagels...wide selection for breakfast sandwiches and lunch items/snacks/bagel toppings etc. Plenty of room to sit. But more of a takeout spot. Windows seem tinted it dark from the outside but its usually open

The bagels here are always fresh. The personnel here are very accommodating. Its one of my favorite breakfast spots. There is plenty of parking and its close to the highway for a quick breakfast before work. Its very convenient if you have business in the area.

Burned my daughter’s pancakes and sausages today. I also asked for a bagel with bacon/egg/cheese and they brought me bacon/egg on regular bread. Asked for it to be remade after 30 minutes they came back with a roll. Wow guys bad fail today. Their excuse was they were short staffed. Ok but the place is called simply bagels. You would think they would at least get that right.

Excellent place for value and quality, the boys behind the counter are always eager and pleasant. Definite does not fit a fine establishment venue but the quality that they serve, their prices and service is truly unbeatable. Strongly recommend this venue.

A gem of new jersey. Makes some of best bagels on the planet - fresh everyday. If you like the soft b.s bagels from the grocery store or dunkin this is not for you. These are real handmade, tough thin crispy skin, and dense fluffy crumb. The everything bagel could use more everything on it. Ppl complain it’s too similar to plain. They put regular normal amounts of cream cheese. If youre the person that like bagels with their cream cheese ask for extra. Personally i ask for less. Speak clearly it’s a busy place.

Average bagels at best. I would give it 3 or 4 stars except for the fact of their tuna. My mother ate some of this tuna and was vomiting within 30 minutes. She had to leave her job and was sick for the next twenty-four hours with constant vomit and diarrhea . When she told the manger this all he said was Would you like a water? This is disgusting behavior and we will never go there again.

We bought 4 breakfast sandwiches. They were sub par, it gets the job done and for $20 we got 4 sandwiches and a water but the bagels are not any good. They were nice and let us use the bathroom.

Waited an hour for a five minute delivery. The man spoke NO English and had no sense of direction after lying about where he was, he brought our food back to the store to be re-delivered by someone who actually knew how to work GPS. Never again!
