Poor ethics - Run! I had a written offer from them on my truck. They called and told me that they couldnt honor that price, but would be willing to offer me over $2k less - their reason was that there was an issue in our system. The new price was at my minimum, fair enough and I was in need of selling. I took the truck to their facility, Their manager - Dennis Bromley told me that even though the truck is in Very good condition as you claimed and our estimate was based on, I can only over you $2,200 less than what my rep said, I dont rate any of these vehicles as very good, and she made a mistake - its not my fault. Its a spot free TX truck, and he even told me it was in very good to excellent condition. Bait and switch.

I had a horrible experience with the purchase that was made! I bought the extra warranty that they offer that they talk so highly of, the van went into the shop for a transmission a month after purchase and the claim was submitted. Come to find out how difficult that this is to do the rental car is only covered for five days and still would cost me $60 a day for a rental. I purchase a van because I have a newborn and I had the understanding that when the car went in for a extended period of time I would get a rental. I purchased a van to fit three car seats in and the rental they wanted to give me was a Chevy spark! Enterprise is a rip off in my eyes and I will never even think of buying or renting from them again!

She was not transparent with the information about the vechicle I purchased.Fender benders/accident and door dents pulled out and others was with held. Before purchasing I asked her and her sales associate about it. They said no, nothing accurred.Im still waiting on her email with my cars Certification documents and its been 5 months now.I USE TO TRUST ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL, BUT THEIR CAR SALES DEPARTMENT SUCK!!!TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE!!!

I bought my car 3 months ago from this location in Delaware, and I have absolutely no complaints. Its amazing how much one dealership can vary from another. My car: I noticed a slight wobble on the test drive at high speeds, so I told the vehicle inspection company about this. The inspection company found the brakes were in need of replacing but had also damaged the rotars...and enterprise covered the expenses to make it like new, just like they promised. My sales person works very hard and tolerated me and my nonsense, with outstanding professionalism. Thats why I am back to buy another car for my son.Oh, even management had integrity. You know the car sales game...good cop / bad cop interrogation style (wear you out and bend you...) Not these guys, all good cop technique. Must be a corporate training thing?Sorry...and Another thing....I didnt think it was possible to be in and out of a dealership so fast, from test drive to leaving my trade in and driving home my new car. Heck, I wasnt prepared to trade my car in either, so much old junk in there, it probably took me longer to clean my car out then the whole transaction took. Most people waste no time to write a bad review, but I wanted to leave a positive one to a deserving group of individuals. My experience here was a truly great one. My initial expectation was to meet with a pushy sales person who would only be interested in getting a final sale instead of meeting my needs. Well Ms Rice (pronounced Reece) was the exact opposite of pushy! She was so pleasant, welcoming and asked probing questions on what my budget was and what I was in the market for. While I wasnt clear of what I wanted, I knew the budget I wanted to stay in. She took her time to work with me, made an otherwise stressed consumer comfortable (that was me), and offered options with no pressure. The first Finance Manager Amanda kept me in the loop of the process while I was at work since I arrived pretty late the first day to complete anything. She was very nice and worked her magic to seal the deal. When I got the final call of my approval I met with Ms Rices coworker Shonda who was just as kind and pleasant. I completed my paperwork with another great Manager Samantha who took her time going over the contracts with me. I cant leave out Casey who was also a pleasure to interact with while I was there. I went in expecting to walk out with nothing and I couldnt be happier that I met these lovely Ladies with outgoing & friendly personalities who made my experience an amazing one. I bought a 2016 Camry, a 2016 Corolla for my sister and most recently, a 2017 Hyundai hatchback for my second car.The Camry is truly a luxury car. My sister loves her Corolla and my new Hyundai is a delight. My wife loved it at first sight and I really like driving it. I took one of our cats to the vet last night. For our dog, it’s really neat how I can just fold back seats down and put some old blanket down and have a great doggie space!And reversing the process to back seating takes about two seconds.I’m telling anyone I know who is thinking about buying a car to reach out to Enterprise first.

It was very easy to buy here even in the times of covid-19. It took about 2 hours from our arrival to be on our way with our purchase. Financing was arranged and the rate was less than my own bank offered. Our sales person AnRice was very helpful and efficient. The vehicle was as advertised on the web site.I did suggest as we were leaving that since we were not allowed inside the building due to the states covid restrictions some outside seating would have been nice.Overall it was a good car buying experience and I will be back in the future if I need a vehicle.

I bought a 2018 Toyota Tacoma pick-up for my son. David Carlyle is who I dealt with. Great guy, and made the process very easy. He went the extra mile in searching for the truck.David and Enterprise were great. I would not hesitate to but another vehicle from them.One issue I did have though. The truck did not come with original keys. I tried to get replacements (the key with the FOB attached) without success. Other than that, our experience was enjoyable.

I’ve purchased a car from them twice. My first time was in 2015 I bought a Kia Optima which I still own and I just purchased a Chevy Malibu this weekend. On Feb 8, 2020 I was in search for a vehicle for my wife so I went to a couple dealerships and I really didnt like how they operated so a thought came across my mind wow Enterprise not only rent vehicles but they sell them too so went to Enterprise car sales at 155 E Cleveland Ave in Newark, DE as soon as I got there this very nice gentleman by the name David Carlyle hes one of the many sales reps they have there came over to me and said looking for anything special I said no just looking and he said take your time Ill be inside if you need me. I had two choices 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE and 2018 Toyota Camry David immediately got the keys and said give them a test run so I did. They are both very nice vehicles so my wife chose the Ford Fusion. Amanda Marshall is by far the best representative of what Enterprise Car Sales is about. She is well informed, patient, honest, intelligent, helpful, and trustworthy. I dreaded buying a new car because past experiences had been unpleasant; but not at Enterprise. The cars are beautiful, well maintained, with prices far below any other car sales options I had looked into. The original car I had thought about sold immediately and instead of being disappointed, Amanda had found the same make, model and color a year newer, with fewer miles, and only a slightly higher price-I was thrilled. The financial process is a breeze and when completed, I was surprised and delighted to see that new floor mats had been placed in the car, front and back, the gas tank was full, and the car was detailed to perfection.Even more satisfying was that Amanda had allowed me to keep the car for 24 hours, prior to final purchase, so that my mechanic could look it over. My mechanic was not surprised at the excellent condition and low price, as he himself had recommended Enterprise to other customers in the past and all were completely satisfied.Then, to add to this great experience, after purchase, I had a minor question about the cigarette lighter. My salesman was Ernest and the manager was Sam.I test drove the car I picked out which was great but then Sam showed me an even newer vehicle with less miles and it was priced lower than the one I had test driven. And they never haggle over car price - its all by the book - literally the Kelly Blue Book. Ive bought two cars from Enterprise and both times it was an easy process with no games.

I bought another car from them and a month after I hot it I had to go to FlordiaOn the trip I discovered a dangerous short in the electric system effecting the safety of me. The lights dim way down the radio changes channels when making a left hand turn over 5 mph. And my favorite the cruise control goes off for anything, a lip on approach to an overpass and resetting it is very dangerous takes my eyes off the road !When I brought it to the attention the loan guy there told it was my problem and to use the extended warranty to fix what should have been done. oh the car was scratched up on the hood & fenders, the reluctantly had that fixed and last but not least the car wouldnt start so I called the service guy who came out and jumped my battery, made off with my negative battery cover. Jumped the car in the usua³³³³³l 20 minutes.After he left I did what he should have done and checked the levels in the cells.Surprise ! 5 of the 6 cells were bone dry? I f the car was prepped would this be necessary ?I must give a 1 rating due to all problems along with the attitude of you money guy being rude and he hung up on me too !So be very weary about buying a car from Enterprise car Sales, they dont care about the anything but the fastest sale and the money ! They must be on commission the way they acted towards me, a repeat customer no less ! You were warned! Enterprise doesnt care so its my last purchase with them. No respect for whats right ?

Low-pressure, high-value car buying experience. We purchased a 2016 Suburban - with really low miles - for far less than any other dealer comparable. Moreover, these are not beater rental vehicles. Enterprise seems to cherry pick the ones that have been well cared for and are without blemish. The entire staff was professional and accomplished their tasks without any undue hassle or pressure. The entire process took less than an hour.
