Went to Fremont ford to purchase an SUV. Spoke to a guy. I think his name was David. We went over all the details of what i was looking for and he said he would do some looking around and get back to me. Now over a month has passed and i havent heard one word. Nice costumer service guys.

This FORD location in Fremont Auto Mall did not handle our needs well with the car we were interested in purchasing. They were not open and honest with the process of what they were doing - and dragged on a deal that wasnt going to happen over two days.They ran my husbands credit 9 times through financing (really?) and the location was really ratty. The chairs with all of their sales reps for customers to sit were falling apart. The walls were dirty, and the whole facility was looking rough.We went to Frontier Ford and had a much better experience.
