I ordered from this location yesterday for a delivery today. I live in Florida and was having this delivered to my mom for her birthday. I was concerned because of the mixed reviews. I usually order flowers for my mom every year, but wanted to do something different. She LOVED IT! Thank you!I’ve always had problems with my flower delivery from other places. I’m so happy I chose to do edible arrangements and chose this location.
Timely arrival, fruit and baked goods fresh and well presented . Gabriella, staff who took my order was very friendly and helpful and noted my preferences re food allergies. My daughter was very pleased. Thank you ! (This is for the Raymond Blvd store in Newark.) I hope the service and the quality of your products stays on top always. I ordered the birthday box bundle with cupcakes, and a cheesecake platter topped with fruit. Birthday balloon included.
Ive sent a gift to a neighbor from this store on one occasion and recently received a gift from my cousin from the same store. Both times it was a good experience, on the giving and receiving end.Everything went as ordered, on time when we sent the gift; on the receiving end, fresh fruit, quite delicious, been enjoying it going on three days.I recommend the Newark Edible Arrangements, we received one of the fruit bouquets which included some chocolate covered strawberries and some half chocolate covered pineapples, cut out into little flowerets, with melon balls as the center. This is horrible customer service. Ive been on hold for 45 minutes and no one anawered. I am trying to correct an order. I used two different phones, hoping someone would answer before its too late. No one is picking up. Its like there is only one person on site. THIS IS A VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER AGAIN. EDIBLE EITHER NEEDS TO HIRE MORE WORKERS, PAY THEM WELL OR CLOSE UP SHOP. IM SO ANNOYED.

This store is horrible!!!Jersey City on Newark Street. Day late in delivering and mold on flowers. Never answered phone. Called Corp,I have bought from other stores (Edible ) AND NEVER had a problem!!Love their products!!!!
Horrible Customer Service. Within 24hours the strawberries were expired. I went to speak with the manager and was told hes not in and theres nothing we can do. And that the strawberries mustve been sweating - by Christian who was at the front. Christian has a nasty attitude and wanted to argue. Telling me all sorts of nonsense and suggested I must want something free. I will be calling the customer service and filing a complaint. This is totally unacceptable. Horrible, horrible customer service. This is why stores in this part of town has a negative perception. I dont recommend this place.

Very good quality of fruit and very good crew working, made a walk in order and both Gabriel and Natalie were very gentle and helpful with me.
Totally disregarded deliver instructions, delivered item 5 hours early to a Hospital, so that fresh fruit can sit unrefrigerated at hospital front desk where patients check in and out.They then lied and said they spoke to the person the arrangement was intended for, and they claimed the person was ok with leaving it there unattended FOR 5 HOURS. I confirmed that was untrue.After this I requested a refund, and the delivery person had the audacity to come back into the hospital looking for the arrangement to take it back. Horrible customer service. I will definitely never use a Newark location for an arrangement of any kind.

I placed an order for contact delivery for my boyfriend. I got the email saying it was delivered but it wasn’t, he didn’t get a call, nothing. Very disappointing. They don’t even answer the phone so i cant even fix this.
I ordered 1 12ct chocolate banana and 1 12ct chocolate strawberries for Fathers day. When my ordered got delivered there was no banana box so I called the store and told them theres been a mistake, I received an additional strawberry box instead of banana. Very nice and professional people, I spoke to the supervisor, his name is Christian, he apologized for the inconvenience and advised someone will go out shortly with the rest of my order and to keep the additional strawberry box. Within 30 mins the rest of my order arrived. Very pleased with the service, fruit was fresh.

I placed a customized order for Fathers day of all chocolate covered bananas. My order was prepared on time. When I arrive home the order is opened and I did not recieved what I paid for. They decided to include strawberries. I immediately call to place a complaint and request the correct order. I was told it will be done right away and I can go pick it up. I arrive an hour later because I understand during special days they are extremely busy. My order was not finished. I was asked to wait an additional 20 minutes.A little advice for the store, when an order is not done correctly your job is to prioritize it and redo it. Do not wait until the customer arrives to complete it.
I have ordered from here for the past few years. Online ordering is easy. Picking up in person is even easier. The staff is attentive to your needs. Will absolutely recommend .

I am in Fl and my love is in Jersey. The driver read my comments and delivered following my request. It was fairly quick. I ordered from this location at 10:30am and it arrived at 2ishpm. The location of the delivery was 6 minutes away from the store front. Not bad at all! I will order again!
I had a difficult order that included many different recipients. Most of them were in different areas. This store was really helpful and made it easy for me. I had called the customer services number prior and they didnt have all my answers. They then sent me to a different branch to answer my questions. Both failed but when I contacted this branch on Raymond they knew the answers and were extremely helpful. They made my order simple and followed through with it. I would recommend using this branch to place complicated orders.
Earlier this week, I purchased chocolate covered strawberries. Surprisingly, the strawberries were not fresh. I was disappointed with my experience, very disappointed. As a result, I returned to the store to share feedback on my experience. At the time, I was thinking that I really like Edible Arrangements and I want to continue buying their fruit and plus the feedback could be useful.I went back to the store and spoke to the same gentleman that sold me the chocolate covered strawberries. I kept the conversation civil --- no loud or sarcastic tone. Also, keep in mind that I was not expecting a free order of chocolate covered strawberries and I did not want a refund. My only expectations were to be heard and receive acknowledgment of the fact that I was sold bad strawberries. Instead, the gentleman that sold me the bad strawberries held me accountable for my disappointing experience with Edible Arrangements. He told me that I should have turned my cars air conditioner on while transporting the strawberries from the store to home because the heat made the strawberries bad. I felt like he was implying that it was my fault that the strawberries were not fresh. Then, the gentleman continued to tell me that I need to eat the strawberries the same day of purchase. Okay, the strawberries were consumed on the day of purchase; however, I did not feel comfortable being informed that I purchased fruit that have a one day expiration. If the strawberries were fresh, I should have been able to refrigerate a few for the next day.Anyway, I left the store feeling like I was lectured on all the things that I did wrong that had nothing to do with the fact that I was sold bad strawberries. The gentleman that sold me the strawberries did not listen to me or consider there was a possibility that the strawberries were not fresh (I guess their quality control is top notch). Not for nothing, I am an educated person with common sense. And at the end of this experience, I realized that this particular Edible Arrangements location produces poor quality fruit and poor customer service. Also, the gentleman that sold me the bad strawberries was so full of it and had no regard for me as a customer. I told a few people about my experience and a friend suggested Sharis Berries. I look forward to ditching Edible Arrangements and trying Sharis Berries... wish me luck.
Spoke to new management today in regards to my previous order and he was very kind and helpful in making sure my anniversary was still special. A special thank you to Mr. Mohamed for your kind generosity and understanding. Will be back to do business very soon as long as he is there !

This has been the WORST experience ever. Had an arrangement scheduled for delivery yesterday on Valentine’s Day, and it never was delivered. Called numerous amounts of time to check on my order (seeing they never gave me my order number) and they had me on hold for 45 minuets and then hung up on me. I called back, just to be placed on hold again until the store closed (how convenient). Poor customer service skills, just an all around horrible experience. I will make sure to go out of my way to make EVERYONE aware that this store SUCKS.
After missing my delivery on V-Day and not getting any response from the store a call to corporate got me a response in 4 minutes....Well that I thought was going to fix the problem, quests again. They promised to deliver the next day with an extra box of chocolate covered mixed fruit and they still failed miserably. The extra box was not delivered and the delivery was made after the business they were delivering to was closed, luckily the security outside asked who it was for and knew the person that was getting the gift and allowed them to make the delivery minus the makeup box they promised in good faith . After speaking with the store manager their resolution was “can she stop by the store and pick it up herself “ my response was “that wasn’t the deal” they then offered to refund a $15 delivery fee and again I said no that will not fix what was broken I the first place.... I should have ask for my money back from the start but decided to let them make things right.... by the way I did file a claim with corporate and was told I should hear back from the store owner within 24-48 hours and it is now day 3 and I haven’t heard a peep. Robbed on Valentine’s Day by this place. Placed an order for my mother accidentally clicked the Newark one, phone doesn’t work no delivery made. Mom was in hospital sick, u pay over 120+ for no phone to work at the establishment or no other contact option. Gonna report to my bank smh go w kearny or anything other than newark
I made a simple request that they deliver to my daughters school before her lunch break and they did just that! Although they cannot guarantee a specific time frame they still made an effort to honor my request which brightened up my daughters birthday, thanks so much!☺
I ordered an edible arrangement to be delivered to my place of business ( a school). The arrangement was delivered to the wrong place because the driver who failed to follow all delivery INSTRUCTIONS also failed to confirm the arrangement was not only going to the correct person but most importantly the correct location.Please note, the school has only one main entrance/exit.Im am extremely disappointed and will never order from this location moving forward.

Ordered edibles for my husband on Fathers Day the young lady I spoke too told me it would be delivered no later then 3. So i called the store to find out why my husband havint recieved it yet Christian one of the night staff that worked a morning shift today got smart with me because the girl gave me false info after i paid my 💰 and she was new to the job yall should have taught her better who trained her and who trained Christian he should know better then to speak to a customer like that smh never again yall suck

Today Is my anniversary and I ordered online the I live you berries which have little I love you chips and swirls on them and what I got was plain chocolate covered strawberries. I call the store to correct my worker states ( Spanish husky boy with glasses) that he will send driver to pick back up but never told me I would have to wait til the following day for delivery. What sense does that make if I paid for same day delivery. Representative was very unknowlegible about the product he was selling or the company policies. No uniform on just street clothes no form of mannerism and just rude and disrespectful to customers. He needs to be retrained or fired for the way he handled this matter. Im waisting time out of my night to come to the store and not be satisfied after I just spent over $100 dollars plus delivery charges to be delivered an incorrect order. My husband calls the store to try to rectify the situation and nobody answers so he travels to Newark to talk with someone and the attendant the is very unprofessional and told my husband well sir idk what u want me to do and called the police on my husband Bc he did not comprehend that my husband was trying to surprise me with what we thought we were gonna get was this beautiful 90 dollar arrangement and all we got were some regular chocolate covered strawberries and he wasn’t able to refund his money told him to call customer service. This location has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. COULDNT SPEAK TO A MANAGER TO GET ANTHING RESOVLED WHAT A WASTE OF OUR MONEY !! Will definitely be writing corporate about this one

I would NEVER order from this place again! I placed an order at 5:30pm (FOR PICK UP!!!!) was the same day at 6pm. i was called at 5:51, 20 MINUTES LATER! that my order had to be cancelled because after 5pm they do not make baskets with chocolate but they close at 7pm? my order was $61.75 but i used a promo code that was given to me for becoming a EA member that gave me $10 off my purchase so i used it. 51.75 was taken from my debit card and i was told i was going to receieve a full refund BUT i wouldnt be able to use the promo again even though my order was cancelled by THEM. I checked the next morning to see if the money was refunded back into my account and was still NOT there. I called and asked to speak with an owner or management and neither were available to answer my call? its 2pm on a wednesday and no manager is to be found? whats funny is that i went to the Nutley EA and they made the same order for me in LESS THAN 45 MINUTES!I work for the GATEWAY building on Raymond Blvd and also a francise gym of which happens to be located in several towns that Edible Arrangements are located as well! I will make sure to let ALL of my co workers know that this business is ran poorly and not to do business with them!Corporate will be receiving a letter from me as well!
