Brought in the smoker that needed new coils. Were told that we needed a specific type for the type of juice being used, so purchased what they recommended. They do NOT fit, called and was told “too bad, no returns”. Will not return again since this is now the second issue we’ve had. If you don’t know what you’re talking about, don’t suggest someone purchase something

Overall great experience. Some employees are not smokers and dont know anything but a few DO know and they will be very open and honest about what is good and what is not. They will give you good recommendation s based off of what you are looking for. Small selection of pipe tobacco but they have a great selection of cigars and other smoking related items. Prices are usually very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend.

They almost never have the juice I am looking for most of the staff is very smug and condescending. Also they do not do returns but neglect to tell anyone that until after you have come out to return their garbage products that burn way too hot and leak all over.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of tobacco products and accessories, including several products unavailable elsewhere in the area.

Called to ask two questions. Was immediately put on hold for over an hour. Listened to the guy talk to other staff/customers the entire time. I waited patiently. He never picked up the phone again to speak to me even when it sounded like he was not busy. I’m very disappointed.

I would have not given even one star but it forces you too. Never opened on time, untrained staff that never knows any information for any product, always out of what I am looking for. I was excited when they came to my area but very dissatisfied with this store. And if they are going to change hours it should be POSTED ON THE BUILDING!

A+ for the quantity and array of products available. Solid C for quality of counter help. The gentleman behind the counter seemed cocky and overconfident in his interpersonal skills. Prices all looked at least competitive if not downright good.

Seriously great service decent selection. Priced for all budgets. Highly recommend checking it out.

Horrible products. Two products in a row stopped working. First one they admitted the quality was bad as it was made in China. Exchanged it and paid more for a better one. Brand new product and the battery dies in one month. Second product...You are not the first and wont be the last to have issues with the Sub-Box kit battery. Unfortunately, it seems like we put a bad product out there, it isnt something we will be making any more of. Yet these products are still for sale on the shelf and they are refusing a refund or an exchange on an admitted bad product. P Poor Customer service.
