I had a great experience at this uniform store! I had an emergency situation where i needed a uniform ASAP. Becky and Oscar were there to save me! They had no issues tending to me last minute and everything came out perfectly! I really appreciate them, and their hard work. I would definitely recommend this uniform over any other. Thank you!

This is by far one of the best uniform stores that I’ve been to, Becky and Oscar are amazing. They are both extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. The store is extremely neat and organized! They have the best prices and even better customer service, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I went to Galls in search of uniform pants that I needed immediately. The young lady at the counter named Alexis was Very helpful and professional. Within 20 minutes she found the pants, had them fitted and hemmed. VERY thankful for her help!!

Terrible costumer service, never got my shirts done on time my shirt was dropped off last week and it’s been sitting around. It also took two years for this company to have my uniform ready when I first got the state job. They always come up with excuses why my uniform were never ready.

I picked up previously ordered work uniforms that finally arrived.

Service from Oscar was awful . The young lady Alexis was trying to assist the very busy crowd, (she’s usually the one who helps me out ) she called for help multiple times . Oscar finally came to help 20 minutes later, and doesn’t greet anyone . I was next in line and he said “need help, what do you want “ very nasty trying to rush me out .Every time I go to the store he is disgusting . Not sure who that other female is that came to the front with him but she was no help either . If it wasn’t for the company I work for having me go there for uniforms I would go else where . They need to do better here .

Fast and easy, very knowledgeable and understanding. Definitely will be going back and telling more people about them.

Unprofessional service. Waited 3 weeks for a pants.

Called to inquire about my order and then was told that my order was already picked up. I then explained that it was not picked up and was hung up on. I then tried to call back with no answer. I Already paid for my items and will hopefully be either getting my money back or my merchandise. Wish I could rate 0 stars.

Not only did they not even come close to having what I wanted (uniform boots), but I havent thought favorably about this store for a long time. It seems ever since they moved to this location, theyve forgotten everything they ever knew about serving customers.

After almost getting ripped off at Atlantic I decided to go to Universal. Tito hooked it up with excellent customer service. He was on top of everything. Even though it must of been crazy having to complete orders for 50+ recruits he always seemed in a happy mood. He even laughed and joked with us making the experience less stressful. Shout out to him he is a great dude. Please give the man a pay raise.

I have been waiting on my online order for over a month. Every time I call they say it will be shipped out next week. Every week is the same story.

I placed an order to have my canvas bag, book bag and uniform shirts embroidered over a week ago, STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. my academy starts in two days !!!

Got measurements done, and had some patches placed on a few long sleeve shirts that I took home the same day. I got home and tried the shirts on they were one size bigger. I went into the shop the next morning, and staff was willing and able to help. 👌🏼👌🏼An update 1/9/18Went to pick up the other half of my order, and the same mistake happened. These guys and girls quickly resolved this issue. Altlantic needs to step it up!

This place seem so unorganized with supplies. They hardly ever have the sizes Im looking for and they seem to only pay attention to people they know.the shoes department was a COMPLETE MESS !!!!! The sales personnel seem very out of touch with customers service.

One of the worst places to order. Expect to order 4 times and never get anything. Also expect to wait a year to get your uniform or never get it.

Uniform store with onsite tailoring. Uniform patches can me put on same day just give them a few minutes. Only street parking with meters available.

I dropped off uniforms that needed different color hash marks and chevrons on December 18 2020 and walked in February 17, 2020 and it was still not finished I will not be back and will pass it on to my co workers

You guys should change the name of the company to BackOrdersNothing never thier..and waiting time is about 3 months.

I ordered my uniforms over two months ago and still havent gotten the shirts. I was told I would receive the shirts two weeks ago but I didnt. I dont know what the issue is- but the sales woman said that they havent received the shirts from their supplier. So annoying. This is the first time Ive ever taken the time to review anything but since my boss decides which uniform service we use, I can do nothing else but place a bad review. If it was my choice I would have changed services a long time ago.

This woman is disrespectful. She put me on hold when I asked her question and then when she came back on the phone and asked her a question she hung up. I guess thats how they answer their customers that work for governmental jobs. They should be a shame for having such a disgusting person working for them.
