I havent been there in a few years. I picked out some good deals and tried to use my JC P card. It wouldnt work, the lady told me if you dont use your card they cut it off. I just used a different card and got some good deals.

Worst curbside pick up ever .. Im sick 😷 .. ordered online and opted for curbside pickup .. I get to the store ... 2 designated parking spots for curbside . Both of which were taken . One was taken by someone inside of the store shopping ..... The other one was taken by someone eating their lunch .. I had to not only walk into the store .. but go up the escalator and walk all the way to the back of the store . The pin pad was broken 🙄🙄 I had to sign twice since it didnt go through . Then I had to go back down the escalator and walk all the way to the front of the store to exit the store ... Then I walked half way down the road to get to my parking spot . This was too much. I dont think curbside pick up should be advertised as an option at this location . You have to do better .

Did great here and sales person was awesome in the shoe department and she was filling in

A quick in and out online shopping purchase for a great deal. Fast easy service. Friendly and quick experience here with smiles. Purchasing online and picking up is fabulous with the wonderful extra cash back if using app. Worth it indeed.

OMG will not be shopping there ever again.I found a pair shoe I like and asked 2 Sales Clerks for help on getting the shoes.I was told that they dont sell them there or on line.I pulled the shoe off the shoe rack.They didnt want to look in the stock room because it was passed their lunch break and they wanted to go on break.The lady in the Jewelry Department was nice enough to go look and low and be hold she founded them.She was very Professional in her job.No more shopping at J.C.Pennys for me or my family..

If I could give this Jcpennys a zero star rating I would. I recently just quit this location because the GM was very rude. He doesn’t even know how the stores/workers pay works and goes about. Got paid today and come to find out I didn’t get paid what I was supposed too. They are super under staff and now I can see why. Never ever had a problem with any Jcpennys or a job until this one.

I MISS on floor customer service. Inventory is rather jumbled. Is Corporate trying to close this location? They need to step up! Do not dwindle inventory randomly; i.d. ones that need revamp and take care of customers.

Wanted to get pictures had a 2:45 appointment left at 4:30. Worst service ever . I am never doing that again.

Not a very store. The girl working returns never spoke. The bathing suit section was a mess, it had a combination of womens, plus size, mens and kids all intermingled.

My favorite store for purchasing clothing for myself. I went to return an item I purchased online. It was the wrong size. Staff was great, returned the item without a problem received my credit back to my account.

Sima is the best! She is highly skilled! Its great when you can make a connection. Ill continue to see Sima shes so nice and again definitely knows what shes doing. I give her a 10 not a 5! ......and Deborah the receptionist is the the right person she is Sooo engaging and friendly.

The store is a typical jc penny with a lot of variety of items and clothes that you can find. It is an older store with the older decor, but no issues with the items available within the store. We didnt have to interact with staff so I cant comment on the staff.

All the clothes in juniors were terrible. All crop tops and clothes that show way too much for my daughter who is 12 to wear.

JCPenneys either needs to be pared down or they need to Buyers. Sll of the clothes are ugly and your bathrooms are always dirty never. Any toilet paper or seat covers smells and is outdated the entire store

Sima saw me as a walk in when so many other salons turned me down. She is the sweetest hair dresser I have ever met. She is also highly skilled. My hair was an asymmetrical Bob cut with fire engine red tips and dark roots. I got tired of the maintenance and wanted an even length and all over solid color. I am beyond happy with my results and I strongly recommend Sima if you need a talented hair dresser.

Be prepared to wait. One register open. And its in the front of the store.

Nothing I would wear but for infants and toddlers there is a large carters selection upstairs. No maternity here. The jewelry is overpriced junk.

This place is to be the place to go. Now its like a forgotten waste land full of piles of stuff all over the floor. Yes you can find some deals here but at the end of the day its a big box rummage sale. Nit sure Id they are going out of business or only have 2 people working. Maybe everyone went on break at the same time and a tornado came through

Customer service was excellent. I had a very nice older gentleman yesterday locate a specific pair of jeans I was looking for to fit my father. My father is a big and tall man and after going to numerous stores looking for jeans to fit him, this gentleman was more than welcome to take me to the exact location of what I was looking for. The next time I will remember his name so that he gets the recognition he deserves. He was wonderful!!!

The store is neat but based on my experience with the optical I will not recommend it. They are not able to make progressive lenses. I paid for a pair of them and this is what I got: no lens on my frames! I should give them one star for the optics but as a customer from other departments at JCP I think giving 3 is fair enough.

They list one price on a rack of clothes, then when you go to pay for your items a different price is actually punched in. The reasoning behind this? You are supposed to read the fine print. When did JC Penney start to manipulate people. Forget this store, Im glad most of them went out of business.

I always find amazing stuff here.. just sometimes customer service is excellent sometimes really bad. Other than that i like the brands they have for womens clothing specially liz claiborne & worthington are my favorite. Quality is really nice.

Ive always enjoyed shopping at JC Penny but my last few trips have been disappointing.

I had a coupon but it didnt work. The cashier used her own phone to use a coupon and that worked. Its things like this that always keep me coming back.

This location feels somewhat disorganized and messy. Some things are where they should be, others are in whole different displays. Clothes seem to be thrown all over the place with employees making little effort to reorganize. This might just be because its a busy location, but its still a poor excuse.

It always has good sales and good items. But check out and return lines are always long, slow and time taking. We can hardly find any store associate in case we need help and there are no price checking kiosks which is a little disappointing.

The *worst* customer service people I’ve ever experienced in any store. Bitter and hate their lives, wont help you even PAY for goods you want to buy, makes you understand why this mall is dying. Just awful. And clothes thrown all over the place, place looks like a flea market. I will never go back to this POS. Avoid.

This is a very good mall. There is everything you could ever think of needing. I personally love to get my hair trimmed and colored here but there are so many other everyday things here. I recommend going here if you ever want to go on a shopping spree.

In remembrance of my mother and cousin shopping there every weekend. I have decided to go myself. I had nothing but thoughts of those two going from out of the aisle and just making purchases. LOL I have done also myself and found very good deals OMG along with the quality and the staff at hand when you need them. I am now sold to go to JCPenney for my clothing and other HomeGoods decor and appliances

It was easy to return something I bought on the JC Pennys app online. Except returns is in 2nd floor all the way in the back...

Terribly filthy.

Once again, the atmosphere is so uncomfortable because of Covid-19 phobia. JC Penney usually has great stuff, but I couldnt even get into looking at the clearance items. Selection is scarce. I think our world has died. I can only hope to wake up from this nightmare thats been created and has infected everything.

So disappointing. Most of the shelves are empty, which is nothing new. Its not the same place.

Jc penney was awesome. They really stepped there game up the shoe racks in the back were a little messy in the mens section mostly empty boxes though than anything else. But staff were very patient and calm all ppe was worn. Precautions were being taken and They even helped me with my DVR voucher tonight. It was a good black Friday they had amazing deals as well.
