I ordered a jacket online for my daughter for her birthday in September however never received till yesterday October 5, 201. Now Because of school starting i found one cheaper at a different store and got my husband to call before traveling 2hrs to get to store to be advise we can’t return at store. How? it’s not opened and I have the original receipt. Whoever rudely answered the phone said we only give gift cards back. Umm no! Your website says I can return In store. They won’t get none of my service any longer. Second time with this store there was an issue.

I have been to North Face several times in the last few weeks utilizing my health care discount. The store is extremely well staffed with knowledgeable, professional and friendly sales reps. The store is set up for easy browsing and check out is quick and accurate. I love, love, love this store and their personnel. Thank you North Face!

Good customer service. However this location is small. Which means less selection.

They act like if your black you have no place in the store. Your stared at by staff very suspicious. Its so sad and unfortunate.
