Amazing prices. Bought 5 of the 2021 tin of ancient battles for 24.99 dollars each while other places I’ve went to sold them for around 34 dollars each. The only downside is that their staff is kinda low, I went in there and the store was empty and the was only one dude sitting and talking on the phone. But besides that, this place had a lot of funky pops and Pokémon cards and is a great place for buying yugioh cards/products for a good price.

Employee was helpful and super nice. I purchased a few things that I loved. Dont ever stop at these kind of stores but everything was displayed neatly and they had cool stuff. I will be backI came back a week after initial review and bought more. Coming again next week! I cant get enough. Lady working was so sweet too

I am Huge fan of this magical place! Atmosphere was amazing, staff was ideal and the selection was heavenly! I bought about 20 pops, and plan on returning! I cant believe I stumbled upon it looking for the bathroom! Cant wait to return!!

Almost every POP that you can imagine. Fair prices even for the more rare items. Clean, organized store The downside, the owner and the lack of people skills in this store. When this guy isnt on his phone, try not to disturb him with even a simple question. His tone of voice and facial expression says it all. Dude, just because you have the only store in this part of the Bay Area that sells a large variety of these items doesnt mean you have to be so narcissistic and arrogant.As you can already see in the mall that surrounds you, alot of stores are closing. Someday that might be you .Check yourself, say thank you when someone makes a purchase and start to appreciate all of the customers that help keep your store open!

Was in the store for 10 minutes looking noticeably lost and nobody said anything to me. If youre looking for the things listed in the description however, they have an abundance of it all. Just dont expect help finding anything, felt like I was invisible.

My fiancé found this hidden gem today and decided we should randomly go and it was so worth the drive! They have a nice selection of pops and Pokémon cards as well! Both of the guys were super nice and helpful and in the end I came out with four pops I really wanted and my fiancé came out with an elite trainer Shining Fates box with cards that did not disappoint! We will definitely be back here again! 😊

Plenty of product but the prices are kind of inflated for TCG. I get the current state of the market right now but some of these prices are kinda steep. Still, theres plenty of good Pops, packs, collections, and other products. Some Pokemon and Unlimited Yu Gi Oh if you wanna play and need some stuff.

This is a amazing store and I kind of like it when they leave you alone when your shopping because you can concentrate when tying to find the pops you want and not have any one bother you and, also I understand why he was taking a break and going on his phone because it´s exhausting keep on getting up every time a person gets in and him doing this for 6 hoursthis was a great store and I will be coming back soon

Customer Service Was Non Existent...my son and I walked in and were looking for something specific...while the fella chatted on the phone about how he did not want to deal in Pop Funko which was what the store was full of as well as what we were looking to buy, I wandered around the store finding the section I was interested in myself. Waiting for acknowledgement that I was in the store and ready to spend in the ballpark range of 200 dollars, never did the fella even make eye contact OR bother to hang up his personal phone call to help us. We walked out never to hear the man say one single word to us, hang up the phone or acknowledge in any way shape or form that he had customers...boo!

They finally was given the okay to reopen, so I took the wife and kids to check out their inventory. The store was filled with tons of pops and other goodies. We walked out with 3 bags full of great pops. Check these guys stock pile.

Owner that never wears a mask has been consistently rude every time I come in, always on their cell phone & laptop. Makes customers wait a long period of time at the register before helping anyone.

I have been buying collective items from them for several years and today was a bad day for them the person behind the counter was busy looking at a cell phone or something other than helping me or the other customers in the store I got bad vibes from this place glad I didnt spend my $$ on the items I REALLY wanted but I wont be going or recommending them to anyone else. Bad business.

Matched prices when they were high but not low. Had us wait to search eBay prices, then quoted us price they were selling for, not even what they’ve actually sold for...
