Came here to do a photo pick up and there was no issue with that my issue was I wanted to purchase something else and 1 of my items didnt ring up and the manager didnt even try to fix the issue just grabed the item and tossed it behind the counter and didnt even try to manually enter the price which was listed on the item! It wasnt even for me it was for my daughter! Id expect that type of service from a regular cashier not a Manger.

Each time Ive visited this CVS location I have received nothing but good customer service. the pharmacy is extremely helpful, they have gone out of their way to contact my physicians on numerous occasion to assist with prescription matters. although its mostly busy during my visits and the wait time is long its worth the service I have received. thank you

1 star so I can write this review but this CVS is the worst pharmacy EVER!!! The customer service is bad especially at the pharmacy department they have people there that have no manners, have the nastiest attitude and the most ghetto language, no type of help at all, they never answer the phones and when they do they give you attitude as if they don’t want to work. These owners need to clean house and hire people that want a job and are happy to work, also with better education and customer service skills.Just Sad…

The pharmacist was superbly rude and unprofessional and gave me an attitude for no reason after I waited for 2.5 hours without any result. The place is terrible and it doesn’t deserve even one star.

I meant to change my pharmacy because there is constantly a 15-20 minute line and they never answer the phone but I forgot and now I’m currently waiting on a line that goes all the way back to the other side of the store. I really don’t have time for this but I have no choice as I desperately need my medication. They need to staff correctly but this will be m last time stepping into this trash pharmacy.

This store is prejudice l walk in this store today and notice all there flags displace except the Puerto Rican flag witch l found offensive we spend money there like everybody else and we are part of this community too

The place is a zoo. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Nobody around to answer the phone, on hold for over 40 minutes and then the person answered but before I could respond hung up. No follow-up, information lost and nobody able to help you. The management needs to take another look on how they are running this place.

Lazy technicians; they don’t respond to the call. if you want to wait for your script they tell you to come back in 2 hrs instead of 15 mins as the corporate policy states. Long waiting lines; no request for help even if the line exceeds 5 persons. 1 star is too much rating for this store. They should get a minus…

Afternoon staff is friendly even in busy/rush hour ! Customers are rude and do not know to how to wait there turn, even then the staff is okay, afternoon pharmacist rocks shes nice :)

CVS lost my prescription. I left it in the morning and came back. Now they cant find it. They then attempted to try to get me to buy an over the counter pills that are 200 mg yet my prescription was for 600mg. They had the nerve to say that they were the exact same strength. If I EVER need a prescription I WILL NOT go here. If they can misplace my prescription, then try to switch it with an over the counter item they will probably give me the wrong medicine if the actually fill my prescription. No thank you.

They take so long to answer the phone in the pharmacy department, its frustrating whenever you call about medication.

I was told to pick up my prescription medicine in 30 minutes and when I got there it wasnt even ready. The pharmacist there said I had to wait another 30 minutes! When I came back 30 minutes later, they werent even done with my order. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes on top of that for my medicine.

It always a pleasure to get my medication from here. An the the other things in the store is a good price also come check them out for yourself.

The Pharmacy Department is great. The head pharmacist is caring and open minded when it comes to all your needs. I lost a bottle of medication while I was traveling and this pharmacy replaced it the next morning, no questions asked. Not many pharmacies do that. The regular store is bit expensive.

This place is the pits, has always been and always will. It gets worse.Updated 4-1-21 ... really Corporate would do something with this placed, after being hold for over 20 minutes waiting to speak with a pharmacy member they answered only to hang up .. beyond rude ... they are going to cause serious harm to someone at this pharmacy

I went to get the flu vaccine today.I did the appointment online and when I got there there’s a fat lady in the drop off window saying there’s no more shots,so I’m like rushing to get to the pharmacy and they don’t bother to call saying there’s no more vaccines especially now with the covid situation. She was irresponsable and rude at the front by saying “I don’t know I don’t know”instead of asking if I could come tomorrow or if I have another day free to make an appointment.

Script should have been done since Monday it’s Thursday and there just making it been waiting over an hour for vitamins don’t come here

Constantly claim your prescription is ready for pick up- to show up and be told its not. Wait 15 minutes turned to 40+... or BETTER YET- having a Doctor explicitly tell them not to change the brand of your medication because it causes adverse side effects like pain- and every single pick up you realize they CHANGED IT ANYWAY.Only tolerated this time and time again because of how close they were to my home as well as having an app for refills but they constantly cause issues and I endured physical pain having had my medication switched with the claim oh your doctor switched it not us and visiting my doctor confirmed that was lie.Looking for a different pharmacy at this point. Enough is enough.

The pharmacist is as rude as they come. He did not want to help me with my insurance issue and was very rude saying I was the one that needed the medication. He did not. I had to call my insurance 3 times and I grabbed a pen to write down the information and he accused me of stealing the pen. He said I was a thief for grabbing the pen for a second. This CVS is simply ghetto from the front end employees to the pharmacy. DO BETTER!

I avoid this pharmacy as much as possible but my pharmacy is not open Saturday after 1pm. They take forever so I said can I atleast get my eye medication they said I need to wait I am not the only customer there. I obviously know this but just goes to show you the diffrence between people who care and people who are there just for a check. Will be going to Walmart next time its further but at least I will be treated professionally and with respect and will get my medicine in a timely manner.

Worst cvs ever!!!! How are there more managers than actual workers? Not to mention the managers are so rude to costumers and employees! Don’t ever go to this cvs unless you want the worst customer service from every single manager. The employees are great but it is so understaffed it’s not fair to them that they have to go through this, when cvs can just hire more employees than rude managers.

Got to the pharmacy at 7:45 pm because my wife had the flu and just came from emergency room to get her medication the two pharmacist. Tell us there closed and cant take noone else mind you its 7:45PM and pharmacy does not close till 8PM My Wife Has The FLU and you deny Us!! How Disrespectful then tell us to go to another cvs rudely. Will definitely call coprate office and make a complaint about this feel sorry for the other sick ppl that get denied or get treated wrongfully. Smh terrible cvs pharmacy.

The place look nasty garbage in the entrance there’s a homeless person right by the door asking for money. When you go inside there’s no one to help you if need to ask a question. It use to be nice and clean always someone there to help. I don’t know what happened to CVS customers service suck. Manager not doing their job to make sure the store look clean and to help and care for the customers.

Very busy at times but no other complaints. Employees are attentive.One suggestion: If the pharmacy has a line of 8 or more people waiting, it would be helpful for 2 cashiers to be attending customer needs.

The worst pharmacy!! Ive been coming here for the past two years and it never fails, nothing is covered with my insurance but I come back the next day someone different is working now its covered! They seem so busy but everyone is waiting they have 10 calls waiting on hold from doctors smh. I try giving them the benefit of the doubt by staying here but its just getting ridiculous. Everyday they have a new worker working who knows absolutely nothing! Dont go here..

Worst pharmacy in the entire world! Too slow at helping especially if you want someone to come show you which brand to pick from a particular shelf and their way of telling people to go to the pick up area then consultation, then drop off areas are very misleading. It will take them 2 hours to put your prescriptions together, while it literally takes only 30min Max from receiving it from your Dr. Office. Even with that, they manage to not give you all of your items 😂. I am glad since this year my new resolution was to stop dealing with them and I did!

Worse pharmacy, slow service always take over an hr to make your prescriptions, have to wait for them to put the scripts on the system then come back after an hr and they but dont tell you that they dont have the medicine on stock unless you dont check the back and notice things missing. all that time wasted you could off went to another RX. also they take for ever to contact your doctor to change your medicine. almost never they add the refills either.

The one star is only there just so I can post this review this place deserves NO STARS!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! The pharmacy ESPECIALLY! Never has anything ready and when it is ITS THE WRONG MEDICATION! They dont even bother to help you out probably if I was black they wouldve helped me. Beyond disrespectful! I called to figure out Why I got the wrong medication and they acted like they wanted nothing to do with helping me like i was accusing them of fault! This by far is the worst pharmacy ever.They are unprofessional...the place itself looks unorganized...there is never anyone available to help you and lets not forget about the huge lines due to only 1 or 2 cash registers open.... like, why have 4 cash registers if you are not going to have anyone working on them? Frankly, I hate this CVS....I rather drive a few miles extra, just to avoid the frustration this place causes me. I gave this 1 star because I had no other choice if I wanted to leave my review regarding this place.....

Literally the slowest pharmacy I have been to in my life.

This is the second time in 2 mths that my Rx are delayed. Today I was notified that my Rx would be ready by 4 p.m. Then I received a call saying that because the system was down my antibiotics wont be ready until tomorrow.How is it possible that in 2017 CVS does not have a plan B for distributing needed medications to its customers?

Went there for Passport Pictures-it took time and the boy didnt email or add in my USB. He said they dont have that USB.

I get anxiety badly so I had a quantity of pill of 30 quantity of Xanax but I really dont care about that they only gave me 15 but the other medication is way more important and they still havent made my prescription after its been already a week and Im the type of person that I dont take pressure under very well I I have bipolar and schizophrenia and psychosis so the other medication I need they never provided it always gives me the runaround but Im just letting this company know if something happens to me and I have an episode thats your obligation

Really bad service from the pharmacy...And they did not have in stock 2 of my 3 prescriptions....and I was going on vacation the next day...I had to insist he call other cvs pharmacies

Everything is fine but I would siggest for the employees to not talk between each other so much and pay more attention to the costumers, also, the employees should learn how to be good listeners
