I love the natural products from this store. My mask and pregnancy are doing a number on my face... I need to get more facial scrub and moisturizer. I called to see how they were doing business if only taking orders or in-store pickup. I was told that you can go there to get what you need but there is no in-store shopping. Your best bet is to order online and pick it up at the store.

Products are top quality. Service is always outstanding. Bonus you always leave with free samples!

First time at the mall since the pandemic-needed a special gift. I appreciated the option to wash my hands instead of put on MORE hand sanitizer; and then got to take my adorable sliver of soap with me. Everyone at the store is kind and helpful. Good people, wonderful product, LOVE this store.

Lots of new bath bombs in store that used to be online exculsive

Had an excellent conversation with the employee about whether or not our names suit us and how everyone calls my husband by the SAME wrong name and maybe it means he should actually be called Brian.

It can get a bit crowded at times but the staff are always very friendly, theyll always do their best to get you what you want and answer any questions you might have. Just know the smell can be a bit overpowering and headache inducing, if you get headaches or nausea easily maybe ask if an associate can assist you in buying while standing outside the store, they may not be able to, especially if it gets busy.

Stopped by Friday and grabbed a few things . Excellent service and following occupancy guidelines . Even scored some free samples . Will be back soon .

Very helpful and courteous staff. The store constantly feels busy but the atmosphere is welcoming and theres always someone nearby to help. Their bath bomb selection is amazing and prices are surprisingly cheaper than expected.

I dont fit the typical demographic for this store but I always enjoy the products and the service here. I love their dirty line of products and a lot of shampoos and conditioners.

Well honestly I used to work here, and loved it. Had a need for some real bath bombs, and a few hugs from my former coworkers. So they never disappoint (bath bombs and bath melts)..Ben and Marsh are the kindest, the crew most helpful.If you find yourself needing to pamper yourself, go get a bath bomb.

I’ve been using the “Happy Hippie” body wash for the past few months and I like it a lot. The price is a little steep, $32 for 500ml of body wash, but it lasts for about 2 months for me. The smell is fantastic and it lingers throughout the entirety of the day. It’s thick, not watered down, and a small amount can go a very long way.The store itself is a bit overwhelming. The employees frequently share with you different products that you may be interested in and try to up-sell you. Their pay appears to be reliant on their sales.

So I was having a not to fabulous day, I stopped in Lush. I must say that Jasmine was very kind and helpful. She is a great asset to your store! When customer service seems to be lacking in most stores, she was wonderful!!

My husband bought me a mix of likes 5 different bombs and bars for bubbles baths. At first they smelled great, like sweet tarts. That was like a month ago and now they smell like cheap hairspray when they’re dry and nothing once in bath. Broke bars to use small pieces at time like seller said and they don’t even dissolve fully. Really disappointed...

The products here are a treat, however, Marsha (the assistant manager) is the whipped cream and cherry on top! My daughter and I were so pleased with her service and knowledge of the products. Thank u for everything 😊

Love lush and the products. Just wish they werent so expensive. I was not a believer until my mother in law bought me face soap, toner and moisturizer. I have been using it now for 3 months and I can really tell the difference in my skin

Ive NEVER had a bad experience here and today was lovely as always. Living down in Rehoboth I rarely go up to Newark so it is always a large haul kind of day. The staff in always so helpful, lovely and not pushy. There are a few star employees that are willing to listen and engage my babbling which is totally unrelated to products and it is refreshing. Vegan and cruelty free products all the way!!!!

Took 3 weeks to get my order after i spent more money for two day shipping

First visit to this store, recently visited in Amsterdam. Love the Curly Wurly shampoo, the first curl shampoo that has made a huge difference with my curly hair. The staff helped us out, showing us how to use some of the bath oils & soaps. Rated a 4, not 5, as the products are quite expensive, and the packaging for bath bombs doesnt indicate the scent, so when u use one, u dont know which is which.

First off, I absolutely love lush and what they stand for. I would have given them five stars were it not for the staff.I appreciate anytime an employee asks if I need help. Its off putting when you clearly state you dont need help and know what youre looking for but insist on pushing products on you.

Vegan products..all natural.. Handmade.. Love their products, i minus a star because the last associate seemed annoyed by my questions (im a CERTIFIED user of bath products, but was getting into Facial stuff for myself and my teenager and was lost) once i got a basket full of products she changed her tune... Was the only bad experience i EVER had there.

The most amazing staff work here and the products are absolutely the same. Everything is cruelty free and the staff is always more than welcome to tell you about all of their different products and their company. Will always come and buy from this store even though its a 30 minute drive!

No other brand of cosmetics or self care products quite lives up to Lush. But aside from the amazing products, one of their driving factors of success has always been their awesomely helpful and attentive employees. Every time I visit, the staff is very knowledgeable, is able to tell me everything I need to know about their products, and still have fun while doing it! They always give me samples if I ask and are able to tell me about their personal use of lush and their favorite products. If you are planning a trip to the Christiana mall, DO NOT SKIP THIS STORE! You will regret it!!

This store is so amazing I love it so much, there products are natural and so beneficial for the skin,body and hair I also love how they are so against animal testing! Going to lush just made my day first of all when you walk in it smells so good and there is one employee and her name was Kylie, shout out to her!! She wasnt just super nice but also a clever sales women, she got my mom and my 6 yearold little sister to love lush, its so great please check it out!!

I will always remember my first ever trip to Lush. I had never been to a Lush. I had heard so much about it though. While I was looking at all the products. One of the staff members came up to me and they were nice helping me find all the products I could ever want.

I had a great experience with all the staff. They answered all my sons questions and he had a blast smelling all the soaps. The only thing that stinks is that the items arent all natural.

A M A Z I N G customer service! I came in and was immediately greeted and the employee took the time to talk with me to determine my skin type and what products are best for my skin type. I fell in love with the company ever since. Ive been to several different Lushs since then but none of them beats this Lush.

The staff at this location goes above and beyond for their customers. I love that they listen to what I have to say about my skin concerns and they help tailor a skin care regimen to suit my needs (while considering my budget).

My girlfriend and I were there on Friday at 5:41 PM. We walked in it was a slow day there was only 1 other customer there. We were NEVER ACKNOLWEGED the entire time we were there. My girlfriend was walking around and picked out a few items for me to hold while she shopped. There were 2 specific instances when an employee looked at her but didnt say a word. She had to seek an employee to get a question answered while they just stood around. To top it off when she was paying for her items the cashier STILL NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED her. He simply scanned her items and told her the price. Obviously I dont think we need to be waited on hand and foot but the most basics of customer service would be a simple Hi guys, welcome to lush. Let me know if you need help with anything.

I love this store, the soaps smell soooo delightful. But when it comes to the practical aspect, I find their soap useless. I thought bath bombs would be cool but theyre a nuisance. I bought one of them, it was the ladybug. The smell was wonderful at first but then it got really annoying, after riding home with it in the bag (I live all the way in Maryland), then having it sit in the house, it became overpowering and irritating. I used it as regular soap instead of what it was intended for. Granted that was kind of my fault, but after I showered it left so much mess in the tub! The colors were smeared everywhere, it was such a pain to clean up. They have colorful and unique soaps (along with face masks that come in all colors of the rainbow, which, as a warning, if you have sensitive skin I would not use, as I personally have acne prone skin), plus the staff is really knowledgeable about the products and theyre friendly, but I wouldnt recommend this place to people who have allergies. Only come if you like bath bombs.

Overwhelming scents that induce headaches, even when you bring a single bath bomb home. Works for some people, but not for me.

Have been shopping at LUSH for over 4 years and love their customer service. They really want the best for their customers and it shows.

Horrible experience. May 18th around 530pm. Loved the product, but as a new customer and being spoken to in such a rude manner is unacceptable. I may be a teenager, but Im a customer. I walked out immediately upon the staffs mannerism. Lets just say ill stick to ordering online vs going in store.
