Store was clean and big. Friendly staff and lots of clearance. We stoped in for fishing supplies and they offered more of a selection at a better price then most bait shops. They have live worms as well. Check out was fast and they still have normal cashiers as well as self check out options.

I’ve always loved shopping here; but after tonight’s experience, I’m questioning it. They need more cashiers especially on night shift when people may not always have a debit/credit card to swipe. What should’ve only been a quick half hr trip turned into an hr and a half because out of 16 registers, they only had two open.

This store, in the last decade, got a very surprising facelift in complete overhaul. It now has a grocery store in addition to what it used to have.

Associates and managers were wonderful, having the items i was looking for could be better knowing its that time of year but its that time of year. 4 stars

Electric carts dont work good for shopping when you are handicapped or disabled. They die out with in 5 minutes of being fully charged. They have the money to buy new carts but chose to be cheap and no help the customers in need. Thats pretty lousy if you ask me.

A typical walmart. I was not wowed by anything, nor appalled by anything. Not this trip, but on a previous one I did see two women start a fuss at the receipt check on their way out. That was ... interesting. I was waiting behind them to get mine checked. So I kinda saw it all.

Great prices and awesome service

We went to Walmart this afternoon to find a pit boss smoker and there were none on the shelves. Their website said that there were seven in stock. I found an employee named Dan, who works in home and garden department, and he went above and beyond to find the exact smoker we wanted. He went to the back to see if he could find them and he came back empty-handed. We went and found a picture on their website and he went back and continued to look. Next thing I know he came out with another gentleman with two of the smokers that we were looking for. John in the maintenance department and Dan helped us to check out and then loaded it into our truck. These gentlemen were more than helpful and we appreciate everything they did to assist us with getting exactly what we were looking for.

Lines werent bad for once. But they were sold out of lots of food and other products.

This was the Most cleanest and well organized store I have ever been in. Lived it. And I am a visitor!

Great selection of steaks today... my family are all rib eye lovers and on my trip to Wal Mart today I found and purchased a new, but better quality, cut of the steak...the cowboy ribeye I believe theyre called... marinating now...stay tuned, Im pretty sure i discovered our new favorite cut of beef thanks to Walmart! 😉

I visited this Newark, NY location to purchase jeans. I needed to try them on. There was not a store employee anywhere in site in the woman’s apparel area, nor near the shoe department. I went as far to the jewelry counter and yet again, no store employee, in sight. This is a common occurrence, in the past I have had to use my cell to call the store to request they send an employee to a department. I ended up walking up to the self check out, asking. I got a very young girl, blonde hair, with an attitude saying you are not allowed to use the fitting rooms, per the COVID pandemic. This incident occurred on Tuesday, May 18, 2021. Many places have lifted COVID restrictions and are at full operating systems again. The governor of NYS also lifted wearing masks inside businesses, if you have your COVID vaccine card. The new rules are literally on local news channels several times a day. I politely let the employee know I had my card on me and she very rudely told me that does not matter. It is very confusing for Walmart to do this AND to allow customers to make the purchase, run to their home, try on said apparels and drive all the way back to do a return. You would think it’d be easier on everyone to utilize the fitting rooms, wipe down handles and such and know the environment someone has the apparel in. Instead, they want customers to bring the apparel to an unknown location, unknowing the conditions in which the apparels are in, but that is acceptable. Makes no sense.

Called pharmacy for information I was on hold for 10 minutes then was hung up on.

Nothing I went for was in stock, waited 10 min in sporting goods for an associate to show up just to find out we could not get what we had asked about. The only good thing was the nice cashier when we cashed out.

I dont think that I have ever seen so many shelves so bare in that store. Im not sure if it is due to the upcoming holiday weekend or what, but you would think Walmart would know how to better prepare for that by now.

Horrible produce... no casheirs available and very slow if they are. Stockers blocking isles ... I only go there when very desperate

I have been very discouraged by the amount of people not wearing masks. I have seen workers with their mask under their nose and a delivery person with their mask under their chin. Many people do not even attempt to stay 6 feet apart when shopping only when standing in the checkout lines. I am mostly using the pick up service now - great service and always friendly.

The layout of the store is a bit muddled and confusing, but I love the pharmacy. They are always pleasant, courteous, and helpful. The pharmacists will go out of their way to help their customers.

With the self serve check out, the inter personal of home town shopping has lost its meaning. The self serve lines are as long if not longer than back when we had cashiers.

This is an almost weekly shopping stop for me. Overall the store is clean, well stocked and the employees are polite and helpful.

Found this bunk bed and as the shelf clearly states it is $79 BUT once at register was told $199 when i queationed it the fill in csm said I took pictures as well hunny and that price is for whats under neath the price not whats above it and said thats the correct price ... I simply said I thought walmart had a price mark guarantee and she said no thats not how it works so you need to pay this price or leave 😡 so me n my husband n kids left!!!!! Never been more degraded

A new exactly what I wanted and where it was located in the store. I walked in got it and walked out because the lights went out in the store only temporarily so Im told, it was fun.

Not enough cashiers! And now shoppers need to bag their own groceries! This has doubled an already long wait.Well stocked and clean. Helpful staff.

Not a big fan of Walmart. I needed groceries and used the pick up feature. I was impressed with their substitutions. I got items that cost more than what I originally ordered. The gentleman that bagged & loaded my groceries was polite, professional, and did a great job. I was very disappointed that I was not allowed to tip him for his service.

Shelves are empty. Never have what you want.

This concerns ordering on line and pickup: I go through the trouble of picking out the items we want, go to check out and all but 3 of 4 stay. The rest disappear. Over and over I redo my order. No one has an answer, other are having that same problem, and that helps me how. Call Wal-Mart, get India they have no idea. IM onthe hold with my local Wal-Mart trying to reach a manager, 15 minutes so far. We spend a good amount of money there. I am ticked to say the least. Service for help sucks. Pick people are awesome when your ordering works. Great for us seniors. Bet they dont read these or respond.

The store was in a slightly unkempt manner. I couldnt find what I was looking for this trip.

I had bought the wrong window blinds and had to return them. No problem, cash back with my receipt. No fuss, no muss!

I find it interesting in this time of heightened sensitivity to COVID that walmart has rearranged everything causing shoppers to spend more time in the store and running all over to find what is needed since it has all moved. In addition they have added doors to all of the cooler cases which makes hundreds more high touch points for every customer. These changes do not seem very responsible in this season.

They stopped stocking a couple of product categories, so we had to go to another store just for those items. Otherwise, they would have gotten five stars as their staff was friendly and helpful.

A few months ago I walk into walmart in newark N.Y. and a employee went above and beyond for me. Because of Kristina in the food/grocery department is why I continue to go to Newark and not Waterloo.

Dont go between hours of 7 & 8, the schedule only one worker to bring out your groceries if you shop on line. Manager needs to look at how many people are coming in at that hour and get extra help if needed. I waited almost 30 minutes by time I called and left with groceries. Wake up management!!

The shelves are not stocked. They do not carry items that I have bought at Walmart for years. But the biggest thing is. You have to bring your own bags or be charged for them AND YOU HAVE TO PACK YOUR OWN GROCERIES. Or pay for bags. Unbelievable!! This was my last shopping day at Walmart.!!!

Various issues over the years. Most recently, I keep going to the store because the Wal-Mart app says they have something in stock. When I get there, it is a repeated issue of the app being wrong and items not in stock. Yesterday I go to purchase a new printer and I called electronics to ask a question but they kept hanging up on me. I drive to the store, stand in the line marked CUSTOMER SERVICE, SERVICES. Two lines were running, an Express Lane, clearly marked on the sign, APP RETURNS & SERVICES. Three of us were in the returns line & services. Te gentleman running that line, abruptly stopped, said I do store to store stuff and literally walked away. Then the remaining line at the service desk, marked app returns & services was busy with a lengthy customer issue and everyone had to get in a longer line, waiting even longer. (SEE PHOTO NOTING SIGNS ABOVE SERVICE DESK COUNTER) Last year I went to buy a 65 smart tv and was told the stock guy was on break and no one was available to bring such a large item out to the curb and my suv. Consumers should not have to go through these issues. My photo is time stamped, 3/5/19 at 12:22 pm, when I experienced the line issue yesterday.

Waited over 30 minutes for someone in electronics. Pressed the help button twice the manager on duty did everything possible to avoid me. He even ignored my wife when she said excuse me. Not very happy . And if he has to cover a department to cover a break the employee should not have to clock back in 20 minutes early because this guy in a white shirt and a crew cut couldnt handle covering a department for a hour!

I was in and out isles are labeled so it makes it real easy to find what your looking for so your in and out if your in a hurry.

Store has gone downhill since they hired the younger girls. Younger girls ride, miss giving customers all their groceries and in general just think they are there for the money and can treat the elderly like trash.

The store was chaotic as usual due to holiday traffic but overall the visit was good.

Prices are of course always fair. But I never go here on the weekend. There is such a thing as too much Wal-Mart.

Very busy, rude customers, primo water dispenser takes ten minutes to fill a 5 gallon jug.

While I will admit I didnt want to become a Walmart shopper before I had kids, I became one after I had kids. This Walmart is pretty good and its helped a lot in getting items for the kids due to its convenience.

This store is fully opened. Easy to find what I needed. Everyone wore masks.

Parking lot was cleared shopping carts were inside and cleaned used self checkout lady available to help if needed

We purchased three deli takeouts yesterday. They included mashed potatoes and gravy, Mac and cheese, mozzarella sticks, potato logs, BBQ boneless chicken, and buffalo chicken wings. I have to tell you, everything was of extremely poor quality, cold, the chicken was dry and not edible. I have never had this kind of experience before and I purchase here often. But never again!

Why go through the cashier line, if now they will not bag your groceries? No thanks. Next time Ill go to wegmans, where they still bag groceries.

Its a WalMart. We all know what they are. That said...People are finally being asked to don masks before going in. THAT said...Some of the people I saw coming in as I was leaving were taking them off as soon as they got through the door.SMH.... Its Wayne County, NYTomato red country. And somehow being smart about your health and that of others has become political. 🥺🙄
