Used them a couple of times now! They have always been on time and extremely helpful and reliable. Would highly recommend.

I had an awful, horrifying experience with a field technician in my apartment complex in Portland, OR. His name was Antony or Anthony, a British guy who became violent, aggressive and had the worst attitude of anyone I have ever honestly experienced. He cursed at me, beat on my personal property (my car) demanding me to leave and then tried to belittle and talk over me. He then told me he was a Royal Marine, one of the best and most elite, from the best military in the world. I recorded the entire verbal altercation on my phone audio and will likely litigate this awful human being. He misrepresented his title by telling me he was an engineer when he is simply a field technician after speaking with the headquarters in California. After allowing my attorney review the altercation, he stated to me that this employee should be notified that in the United States, if it were someone other than myself, one would have had the right to defend themselves and the situation would have likely ended terribly. This man does not need to work with the public, he is a public danger. On a side note, he did refer to me as a punk, stated I looked as if I were 22-25 when I’m 35 years old. Clearly delusional man. Keep away from him. If you see him, I’d recommend notifying police immediately.

Very cool business to deal with. Its a family run shop that grew into something pretty big. These guys can do just about anything in any industry.
