These folks have decent food but theyre pretty bad at managing donut stock. No donut shop should have only 1 or 2 varieties of Donuts left at 8:05 am. I understand how this could happen to any small business once in a while with unexpected orders but with these people its way too frequent. They have had plenty of time to figure out how to remedy this for how often it happens. The Donuts are good but nothing special. Breakfast sandwiches range from decent to great, depending who makes them. Bagels are usually great.

This place has the absolute best Croissants in the east bay. But when you ask for a breakfast sandwich beware of who is making it. They don’t have standards and the young lady that made my sandwich today destroyed the sandwich. They added a ton of black pepper and packed the croissant so right in paper that it essentially squeezed all the air out of the sandwich as if the goal was to make it as compact as possible. There is no layers left, no fluffiness, I might as well had it wrapped in a tortilla.So disappointed

The young lady at the register was awful. She was condescending rude and I understand covid-19 protocols, but good Lord. After I excitedly placed my order she told me to wait outside, the only thing she said was she bring the order out to me, which was fine. After I waited 10 minutes my order with incorrect. So she comes outside hands me a card and says next time order ahead of time give us a call. I must say that I ordered 3 dozen donuts I didnt give any specific flavours I let them make an assortment. Also, I ordered 3 Turkey Croissants. Normally a customer service agent after making a mistake would say my apologies thanks for waiting.Update: once I called the shop after this situation a wonderful person who works their, listened to my story and truly apologized. He went above and beyond. Thank you. Also, the donuts were wonderful and delicious.

Best donuts in the area. The apple fritter is next level! The glazed are perfect texture with the right amount of flavor. I can’t say enough how great this place is.My only issue is they microwave their eggs. Their sandwiches are good don’t get me wrong, but it’s just not the same as frying the eggs.

Best place in the area! The owner is very nice and friendly. Tasty sandwiches and donuts - theyre always fresh and hot. Coffee made fresh daily, and you can really tell the difference. The breakfast sandwiches are so good and healthy. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I went to this place every morning when I worked out there. They might be under new management tho. They offer the BEST breakfast sandwiches and bagels in Alameda County, IMO. Whenever I go out there, I stop and get me a jalapeño bagel, egg and sausage with extra jalapeños. Thanks

This is my favorite donut spot. Everytime I bring their donuts to work (or my clients), theyre highly praised. Everyone loves donuts, but these guys make it feel like mom made them for you.Ironically enough, my favorite items on their menus are the breakfast bagels. If I ever skip the donuts to watch what I eat, the bagels/sandwiches are hand-made and start my day off great. Bacon, ham, egg, avocado, tomato, sriracha...they have something for everyone.

Good donuts. I had the raised chocolates and the donut part was good, but the chocolate frosting was weak in flavor.I also had the crunchy chocolates donut, this was much better.

Hate to give a place 1 star as I went strictly for bagels. I will say it looked like they have a good selection of doughnuts and they looked good.As far as bagels...stopped in at roughly 9:30am and saw they had this really small case for bagels. They had half a dozen? Plain, couple sesame (but I could only get 1 as the other was reserved (?wth) and a couple jalapeno. Bagels were store bought Id swear. They were not good. If youre going for bagels this aint your place

I think this placed changed ownership recently. I went in and ordered a breakfast sandwhich and it was not the same. Not as much flavor and the eggs were not as fluffy.
