I brought a new/used refrigerator from there 4 months ago and the freezer is now not working called them for repair told me some one will be out today 2 - 6. So at 2:51PM I got a phone call from them they say o sorry I will call you back in 15 mins no one never called back. I called them back at 4:30 and they was very unprofessional making up excuses after excuses and don’t get me wrong I brought other appliances from them and didn’t have a problem. But now I will never buy anything from there again. Zero stars is what they deserve

If I can give this business -0 stars i would. I purchased a new/used refrigerator 8 months later is stop worked completely.. I paid 75 dollars for their repair to come to my house to see what the problem was. The repair NEVER SHOWED UP. I kept calling this POS place and they kept giving me excuses on why the repair did not show up. Two weeks later I went to get my $75 back and they claim that they did not have any cash in the store. Went back a week later same story. THIS POS STORE IS GETTING SUED by me OVER $75!!!!!!!!!

The appliances are so beat up, was awful selling that kind of stuff.

I went there to purchase a washer and dryer and the guy was high on drugs,rude and nasty.another couple was there and walked out for the same reason because he was yelling and nodding off..ashame..I asked for a manager and was told to come back later..this place is a joke..such a shame

Easy going a bit expensive for me

I bought a washer & dryer from them. I dont think they were rude. I didnt have any communication issue with them & if they were rude I will take my business somewhere else.They didnt put a gun in my head & forced me to buy anything there. So far my appliances are working.I did have an issue with my refrigerator (didnt buy it from them) it was already in my condo after I purchased it. So I called & I was told to stop by & give a $50.00 deposit for them to come by & look @ it. They explained to me that if they looked @ it & needed repair, they will let me know how much was going to be & I will have to decide if it was worth to repair or buy another one. If I bought a refrigerator from them they would apply the $50.00 towards the purchase, if i decided to repair, they would apply the $50 towards the repair, if I didnt want either choice than I will only pay the $50 for the technician to look @ it.They set a date & time. I called them on that day to confirm it & I was told the technician was going to call before he was coming. He came, explained what was the issue, replaced a part but something else had to be repair but he didnt have the part so he was going to come & finish the repair another day & told me how much I owe & he will get the balance from me upon his return. My phone rang on the day he said he was going to return it after 4:00 pm, I didnt recognize the # so I didnt pick up & the person didnt leave a message, since I was waiting for a call, I decided to check who called me so it was the technician, he came finished the repair & I gave him the balance. I m happy that it was repaired instead of me purchasing another one. I am all about saving money😁😁😁. Thanks for the service you provided me & all I have to say is keep up the good work but work on your negative review so you can clean your reputation.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN GOING THERE. NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS. If any of the appliances you buy have issues they won’t fix it. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! VERY RUDE UNWHILLING TO WORK PEOPLE.

Very helpful staff. Some appliances are still under factor warranty, while some are not however are very well cleaned. Prices were good, and were negotiable. At the end of the day, everybody made/saved money, and thats what matters. I would definitely check this place out before I go and buy new appliances.

Unwilling to help me load the oven on my car. The guy just droped it on the side of my car. Shamefull.

Very bad quality in items, called for someone to come check the appliance I got because it stopped working within the two weeks I got it and they Don’t care they take their sweet time.

To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement to other words I would love to use. Bought my fridge from these CLOWNS only 3 months ago and it’s already stopped working twice. I’ve wasted over $200 worth of groceries. Will NEVER do business here again!!!!!!!!

The worse experience that I’ve had buying used appliances and would give 0 stars if I could. This was at the Newark location. They sold me a dishwasher and over the stove microwave with missing parts. To top it off, the missing part for the dishwasher costs almost $100 dollars. They told me that all of the appliances would come in working condition, that was not the case.However, they did exchange the dishwasher for one with all the parts included but the hassle of having it delivered and the going back and forth was not worth it.DO NOT BUY FROM THE NEWARK LOCATION AS THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST. I’m praying that the appliances continue to work because with my experience with them I’m sure they won’t do anything to help.

I wish I could put less than a one star because this place is horribly ran by some woman named Barbara, she picks up the phone when she wants and shows up to her job whenever she wants. After 7 cancelled appointments they showed up to my house. Thats me waiting 4 weeks for them to fix my fridge. This place will lose business soon and will close down because they literally dont pick up the phone to potential business. Also, none of them speak english at all, how convenient. I do NOT recommend, save the money and call elsewhere. You can see for yourself by calling them, oh wait, you cant!

That’s not a good place for people to buy stuff, I brought a refrigerator For 720$ over there 5 months ago, since I had the refrigerator he didi’t really working properly and now it’s stopped working. When I call them they said they can’t do anything about it. Please don’t go buy stuff there they stealing people money. Bought a small fridge 3 years ago - still works. Never had an issue with it.2021 Update: found my receipt, its now been 8 years...still in perfect working order.

You can find a good appliance but bring your negotiating A game they have theirs you should too.

Went there the other day cause i remember Sears would have stoves, dryers with dents or scratches this time I was going for a washing machine there was only one problem the cost was way way over bug but they still had dings and dents and scratches too expensive these days so I went over to Home Depot where I found exactly what I needed for a very good price and much deeper than that, right .

I bought a refrigerator from this company which stopped working one month and half after I purchased it.I called them up so that they could send a technician to solve the problem.First of all, they gave me a hard time to send the technician, and acted if they were doing me a favor.The technician arrived here and clearly didnt know what he was doing.The next day he came back with an old part, exchanged it, but it was clearly just a palliative solution.Their technician has no expertise at all, and on top of that can barely speak english.Now, another one month and a half after this pseudo repair, the refrigerator stopped working again.I called those people again and now they told me I have to go there and pay 40,00 for them to send me the same technician to make another diagnosis.These people clearly have no respect or commitment to their customers.My advice is stay away from these place!These are a bunch of dishonest people running a busines.

I made an appointment for dryer repair through Whirlpool. We had agreed that I would be at home between 12-4. I left my father in the hospital to be home for the repairman. At 3 I got nervous that they might not come. The person who answered the phone told me that they called the house once at around 12, I didnt pick up so they did not come. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.TOTALLY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL OF OTHER PEOPLES TIME. I have never had a company completely drop a service appointment due to a missed phone call.

Bad place. Bought a fridge from them. It was broke. They knew it and sent a moron to fix it with bubble gum and tape. They wont do anything to rectify the situation. Just bought another fridge and now have this broken one in my kitchen next to the one I just picked up. Do not use these scammers.

This is without a doubt the worst business I have ever dealt with. The customer service is absolutely horrible and the repair mechanics are terrible. After six (!) attempts, including two other times I took off work and they did not show up for appointments, their mechanics still cannot fix a refrigerator ice maker. Their solution was for me to purchase another warranty or pay more for another fridge, as well as an additional delivery fee. Stay away from this business. Dealing with them has been a horrible experience. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Please do NOT get any appliances from here. They are complete scammers. They do not honor the contract they sign. If I could give zero stars I would. I totally wish I listened to the previous people who wrote reviews.Please people, STAY AWAY from these awful people. Its worth paying extra for appliances that work from reputable companies rather than these scammers.
