I had my first ever Brazilian wax with Tara and she was AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable and has me laughing the whole time while still being so professional! The spa is absolutely beautiful and sparkling while maintaining a very welcoming atmosphere. I recommend this place for anyone looking for an afternoon of pampering and relaxation. Will definitely be booking with Tara again!

I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Tara at Spa on the Avenue! My mom and I have gone to get regular pedicures since summer of 2020, and every time one of us gets Tara we have the best time! She is so good at what she does and is so friendly and interactive while doing it!

My husband purchased me a package called “Roll out the Red Carpet” for my birthday. He paid for the specific package and the spa wrote that it was the “Roll out the Red Carpet” package on the card. This was actually the second time he bought it for me. First time went great, this time I left crying. I completed all of the services and when I went to checkout and handed them the gift card, they said I owed them money. I asked what they were talking about, they specifically wrote that it was the red carpet package in the card, how can I owe more money? They said they raised their prices so now the gift card wouldn’t cover it. How can you purchase a specific package and then try to charge more after the fact? I spoke to the manager and she got very rude with me and said “I don’t know what to tell you, we haven’t raised our prices in a while so it is time”. She then told me that it says in fine print on the back of the card that it was a monetary value, not a package, but they sell the packages as gifts and even write what it is specifically for on the card. On top of it all, they are trying to tell me that it is for a monetary value and not the package we purchased, but they won’t let you apply it toward any other package except for the one you originally purchased. Makes no sense. Complete rip off!! And the fact they didn’t tell me all of this until I completed all of the services in the package. In the end, I had to put money toward my own gift that someone was told they had purchased. My nice gift turned into me leaving the spa crying because they were so rude about the situation. Do not buy anyone gifts from here!!! I would hate for them to have the same experience. You think you are doing something great for someone and it turns into a mess. Especially after people couldn’t get in after the initial purchase due to Covid, then they want to up the price on you when you are able to get in. They lost a loyal customer!! Bought many packages from them, never again!

Love getting massages here. The space has a warm, relaxing energy. The staff is excellent. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I get a massage with Ashley just about once a month and its an awesome experience everytime.

Im at Spa on the Avenue every other week for a gel manicure. I love how clean it always is. Very few places actually use a brand new file and buffer on each person (as they should) but they always do. Everything is hygenic and they use good products. I just wish they had more colors of polishes. I also get my eyebrows waxed here. Ive never been disappointed with any service or anyone who has worked on me.

The licensed massage therapist (LMT) is the very good. She tailors each and every massage using feedback from me. I have been to other places but this is the best by far. Should your experience not be the best please speak up and they will do their best to correct the issue. I must say though I have never had a bad experience. I was also reading these reviews and noticed someone gave them one Star because they could not take a walk in. It is not because they don t have the help they need, it is because they are that good and people want to go here. Try it, Mikey likes it.

Loved the place and people although my nails were smudged putting my socks on when I used the nail dryer 5 times! Definitely need a new one! Also every single person that worked on me today not one said by just at 3 when they closed everybody just got up and left except for the receptionist.

I am frequent client of the spa. I love everything about it. The women are lovely, professional and courteous. They make you feel right at home. The building itself is very nice and compliments the services provided. I recommend it to all I run across.

Very clean! Not even a spec of dust. Very quiet, private rooms for spa service. Everyone is professional, on time and friendly. I go often and its always great. Great jewelry selection and other items to shop too while you are there.

Took my mom for a pedicure. Had an appointment scheduled, when I asked for the appointment I let them know I wanted gel polish. Her pedicurist rushed through the pedicure. Some of her nails arent even fully polished. Felt very uncomfortable even saying she wanted another coat. For the price of the service we expected more. Just disappointed in the mothers day gift I planned for her.

My first visit was for waxing of my eyebrows. It was a great room and clean. She didnt spend more then 5 minutes and didnt get all the hair. Didnt trim the wild ones and never plucked any on the outer edge. I went home and finished it. I wont be back for 20$. I went the following week for a manicure and it was bad. She didnt do my cuticles and after 3X under the cheap light to dry them I got a little down the road and 3 fingers were smudged. Very disappointed with both services.

The staff is very professional and courteous, atmosphere is relaxing, and they made my wife and I both feel as though we were their top priority. They exceeded our expectations by far and I highly recommend them. We will definately return !

I go to spa on the Avenue once a month for a pedicure. Ashley always takes amazing care of me! The whole staff is very professional and is always very welcoming! There is a reason I go back once a month!

Rude! Worst massage ive had. She never stopped talking and banged the stones together like she was trying to start a fire. They were to big and to hot. I do not reccomend.

This is a wonderful spa. I have been to CO Bigelow (when it was open), Charles Penzone, and other places to get spa treatments and manicures/pedicures. Nothing compares to this place. If you love nail art, come see Mary. I love the staff here and it is one of the cleanest places i have been to. Thank you for all you do!

Told us she doesn’t take walk ins. Then proceeded to tell us she has nothing right now and asked if we want the next available appointment we said yes she said 3 days from today

Way too expensive for a pedicure...leg massage alot extra. Whats the big deal? Most nail places dont charge for that but do as part of service. Fancy place...not impressed.
