I have known Miriam and Cowboy for well over 25 yrs shopping. I must honestly tell you that they are a great mom and pop hardware store. You can find everything that you need to fix your house. This is a great gem in the community.

The great Cowboys. The last True mom-and-pop hardware store left in Newark. They manage to pack a HUGE and very unique inventory in the space they have and carry just about anything you may need.

They know what you need

They been here for years;; they have pretty good stock but is very pricey.

Do not patronize Cowboys Hardware, also know as ACL Hardware! Their inventory is very old especially for roofing, painting, and other home repairs! Hey prices are just as high as the prices at Home Depot, down the road! Inside the store it is dark and junky! They are not very friendly! Do not buy from ACL Hardware!

Acl is an excellent hardware store for the items they carry. The best garbage bags I have found strong as hell and a great price.
