The manager Bo had an employee who rang an order up incorrectly. They forgot to charge for a pack of cigarettes. Unknown to me I paid and left. She had the nerve to ask a mutual friend to contact me to come to the store to pay for the cigarettes. I decided to goto the store today and pay for them with the condition of an apology for their error and wasting my time to have to return to the store. When I asked for an apology her first response was Why for getting something for free. Implying I a thief?? As well as threating the owner waiting to talk to me? My advice to the Manager, be respectful to your customers. Your employees errors are not my problem nor is it anyones business but you and the employee. If your business is that hard up for a pack of smokes you have bigger problems.

Brookside Liquors has all the best wines, beers and liquors on the shelves. Their staff is always so friendly and helpful with suggestions.

Looks nice only been there one time customer service is beautiful food tastes wonderful timing just right but I wasnt in no rush again it was my first time and Im willing to go back again.

Everytime I go in the store. The man behind the register is watching u as you go up and down the isle. They are really racist and make me feel very uncomfortable when I enter. Im a hard working person and want to spend my money and be treated fairly.

Friendly folks and nice to have them in neighborhood. Only one downside is their prices for branded sprites and liquor is competitively higher than other places- within 5miles radius.
