Customer service is amazing. I came to Rodd asking how to P* an Ares L1A1, a fairly uncommon gun with a totally proprietary gearbox. He gave me detailed instructions on how to take the measurements he needed to find out, and then told me exactly what parts I needed to buy. Seriously dont hesitate to reach out to them.

I bought a CA KAC Stoner and realised while in transit the gearbox was not standard V2, I asked Customer Support what I would need to fit my Jack engine. Rodd sent me links, a detailed description and photos.They honestly could not have been more helpful or quick to respond.

I gotta say first of all it’s a shame you can only go up to 5 stars on here because they deserve a dozen! I went in person to the facility to have my polar star looked at. From the moment I waked in I was greeted by an awesome woman whose name I unfortunately don’t remember (actually we startled her when she walked in but that’s our bad for being too quiet plus I wasn’t sure if we walked in the right door) long story short she was super cool and friendly. She then led us to the technician Rod who I could write a novel on!In short HE IS THE MAN!!!Rod alone gets a dozen stars as well! He went way over and beyond to really get my polar star going In my gun that wasn’t too accepting of the system. His work was done so professionally and methodically, he cut no corners whatsoever, he tackled every single problem that came our way all with patience and just good spirit whereas I’d have thrown the thing across the room at this point. He not only fixed the problems until they were 100% (nothing less or he’d go back and do it again until it was done right) but completed the project from start to finish where after all his labor and successful testing he handed me a completely assembled functioning Polar star.Not only do I hope this review can shed some light on the incredible people that work there but the ones in charge know that the workers/technicians they have there are very rare to come by today.Thank you!

I was having issues with a Fusion Engine i got in a trade, and so i emailed Polar Star asking to send it in to be fixed, since i wasn’t sure what the issue is! However rather then just take my money i got a detailed response on things i might be able to first to fix it before sending it in!So Over the Course of about 2 weeks emails were exchanged back and forth, with possible solutions and when they didn’t work, they gave me more. But also explained what it could be if the first fix wasn’t the cause! At the end of it all it was just a bad data cable, which they shipped too me, it arrived with in 3days of them telling me so! i did as instructed and my Fusion Engine was fixed! The consultant i dealt with was very helpful and kind! And we’ll versed in his knowledge of the product! Great Service, Great Experience, and a Fixed Gun! and no money spent! Highly Recommend Polarstar’s and This company!

PolerStar not only has great products, but I think maybe their customer service is better! And that says a lot. Rodd was our customer service representative that assisted me and my son with lost shipment of a PolerStar item. He was very thorough and so helpful. I have an issue with my Kythera from a third party seller and when I called Polarstar of the issue they asked for my Kythera and fixed it and fined tuned everything. It should of costed me a couple hundred but they replaced everything for free and got another happy customer. Thank you P* and I will definitely share your product and services. Also I forgot to mention the person that assisted me was Rodd. I hope I spelled his name right because he needs a raise or promotion. Excellent customer service on top of a really top notch product.I had a small technical issue with the wiring harness. Customer service was prompt and had a new part sent to me quickly.On top of that, they believe in developing best practices based on the issue. They found the storage of the wiring harness in the stock was causing it to be damaged and developed a video on proper placement of the FCU and battery in the stock to prevent and prolong the life of the wiring harness.

Ive delt with quite a few airsoft manufacturers and products but in all honesty Rodd and polarstar was a real nice change of pace and great service -and Im from canada I might add. Short version of the story was I had nicked my f1 nozzle and mutilated it pretty good where I needed another one and a milsim was coming up within like 6 days I ordered a new f1 nozzle except they accidentally sent a f2 nozzle I called and emailed Rodd and they told me to keep the f2 nozzle cause it was gonna cost more to send it back, and they sent me a f1 nozzle that came literally fast as lightning, clutch! At my door the day I was leaving to go to the milsim i installed in my trailer and it was flawless, between my wife and I we have 3 hpa rifles a wolverine bolt, a inferno gen 2 and my f1, and I gotta say- my p* is by far the one I love, for tuning and operation and warranty nothing beats it, now Im hooked and will buy a polarstar engine over anything else hands down. With that being said, I only wish they had a bolt drop in kit *ahem * (wink wink lol) cause Id buy that too !! (Im a sniper, and love my sniper rifles not gonna lie, I use my p* m4 incase I dont get sniper role at milsims) I cannot say enough about p*, its top tier, seriously if youve read this far - GO BUY ONE ASAP!! Keep up the great work to all the guys and gals at p* you guys make upgrading a gun enjoyable and hassle free 👍👍👍👌

Dont buy PolarStar!! They do not work.. my PolarStar gun only worked for 1 day.- everything was installed by PolarStar.- I sent it in to PolarStar to fix it- it came back working for two hours and then the gun didnt work anymore..Now they want me to pay for it to go back to the store again and pay for the work meanwhileThey installed it and broke it themselves...DO NOT BUY - - DO NOT BUY - - DO NOT BUY
