Fantastic people, great service! We were on our way from Lancaster to Wild wood and my bike died half way, we had it towed to this location and they fixed the issue fast and efficient. Great people all around!

Excellent staff and service. If they dont have it in stock theyll get it. Been going to them for years. Kathy is great! Goes above and beyond for customers. They used to be right around the corner from me, and I still drive to Newark to get what I need. Better service then going to THE DEALER Do yourselves a favor and go there. You wont be disappointed!

Most of the time they have what I need. If not they can get it pretty quickly. The staff is very helpful and service is top notch. Besides, I prefer to support small businesses vice the big conglomerates when I can.

Every time I take my bike to freedom cycle the work is done quicker and cheaper then I would have thought possible.

Customer service is the most important product any company sells. When a person buys into that they buy lots of other products....sometimes for life! I just experienced the worst and felt like I was being pushed out the door, especially because the customer on the phone must have been more important. All I wanted was coolant and the person stated they don’t have any. I can understand based on their main market is fixing air cooled Harley’s. But I guess they exclude all other types of bikes. I was also looking to find a highly rated place to have my bike serviced....I guess not here because the customer service is awful and they can’t work on bikes that need coolant because what would they have done if they were working on mine and there was low or zero coolant? I couldn’t even get out my other two questions because she just kept saying they don’t sell coolant, gave me suggestions on places to go and went back to the phone call. I’ll be taking my American v-twin elsewhere.

I have been taking my bikes to Kathy, Frank and Dave for years. Kathy has been super helpful since our first encounter! I purchased almost all of my riding gear from her-and she took time to make sure I got exactly what I needed (boots, heated gear, leather coats and gloves). This past Christmas, she knew exactly what I wanted, and she secretly helped my husband purchased and wrap everything. Love this place so much! They have tuned up my bike, added new parts (foot pegs, heated grips, rear-crash guards and new back tire) all for a very reasonable charge. Once, I dropped my bike off for service, and Kathy took me home! This a family-owned business that goes above and beyond for their customers!!
