Been shopping here since 2013. I have always had a good experience and it is my go-to shop for scrubs. Sometimes my size or color needed is not available (hence minus 1⭐); however the manager, Michael had several times offered to order it for me. Keep up the good work Scrub Pro.

The scrub and size selection is great. The male employee addressed my presence and offered assistance. The two female employees did not wear masks behind the counter, spoke among themselves while on their phones and worked together to handle my one order. They couldve found better uses for their time.

Absolutely love this scrub store!! They have a very large quantity and quality of scrubs including my fav~the clearance/sale racks!! When u first walk in there is normally a rack which half is clearance, usually the last holiday or season. Then in the very back jus before the changing rooms there is about 3 full racks of sale scrubs including jackets. Alot of sale items are either XS 🙄 or XXXXL 🤨 but some beautiful choices in between. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful if you ask for help but if you are browsing they dont hover. The reason I give 4 stars is I am a plus size woman (fun fact the average American woman is a size 16!) and half of the nicer styles/brands have little to no plus sizes. Its not the stores fault only the small brained companies probably ran by men lol. I still always have lots of options every time I go in and even on my broke shopping days I walk out with at least 2-3 items usually under $25!! If you wear scrubs to work then this is your place to go as its a great shop as well as theres little else to chose from in the Newark area.

Nice place to get a decent pair of scrubs for work and any other accessories. They have name brand and custom for your specific job company.

The prices were good and the place was clean.

The store has good selections but the customer service in nonexistent. Two workers in the front had their masks down the whole time having side conversations. At least wear your masks properly if your not going to help the customer. One guy did offer to help 30 minutes later but the two on the register were horible.

Nice sales at this time. Will be having 40% off sale on Black Friday. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Employees were very helpful! They have a very large selection and watch for the sales! I was able to get my scrubs for a great price. They also give you coupons at the end of your receipt!

Can I just tell you how wonderful the staff here are? Jason made my day with his knowledge and suggestions for my new uniforms. Ha ha, he managed to sell me 2 jackets instead of one somehow too. But Ive been there a couple times now as I have a new job in the area, and both times ALL the staff I interacted with were so helpful. The selection is phenomenal, the store is clean and well arranged and organized. Staff always seem to be working and available for questions, not hanging out on their phones or talking to each other. What a breath of fresh air. Im kind of sad I can only wear one type of uniform!

Honestly I walked in and walked right out. This location plastered signs everywhere in the store must wear a mask and stand 6 ft apart and I noticed a worker walking around touching and fixing scrubs with no face mask on. How are you going to supply scrubs for healthcare workers and your workers dont abide by covid -19 social distancing rules and potentially exposing everyone and everything in the store?

I was in the store for 30 minutes and no one said hello, can I help you or anything. They were talking about what they did for the 4th of July and how they should get together because of all the food they have leftover smh. Showing each other pictures from there phones. This makes no sense.

I found and purchased my green scrubs here and was pleased to see such a large selection for males. The ladies always get tons of selection with loads and loads of great patterns and designs or themes for scrubs where guys are lucky to find anything outside light blue, dark blue, brown, black and green. Not olive green...just green. These folks have a good selection of brand and style. They also have things like exam flashlights and I seem to remember of medical gear like nBlood pressure cuffs. Located in an accessable part of town with plenty of parking. If you need scrubs of good quality check them out.

Recently hired in a hospital setting, I am new to wearing scrubs. A coworker recommended Scrub Pro. From the start, Linda helped me through my entire experience, showing various styles, fabrics, and sizes. I felt like their only customer. Jennifer explained the embroidery service and how I could special-order practically anything without shipping fees or obligation. They have my business for life.

I didnt like the experience the ladies were not friendly to me. The light skinned black lady was very helpful. They had nice uniforms to choose from. I might buy some uniforms online in the future.

I was barely acknowledged when I walked in the door. The four employees couldnt look up from their phones long enough to even utter a greeting. No one offered to help me or even asked if there was anything particular I was looking for. Not once was I asked if I needed any help. Some good prices, but absolutely zero customer service.

By far the best selection of uniform scrubs around! In the past you could walk in the store and not even be acknowledged everybody on a cellphone heads down mouths shut ! The young lady that assisted me on Friday was such a pleasure, she advised that she had been working for the store since July. I appreciated the time and attention she showed during my shopping experience .

Huge selection of scrubs the store is very clean and organized Im no expert on scrubs to share my opinion on their prices but I dont think there are many options when it comes down to a dedicated scrub store. I found it odd the employees are made to wear scrubs themselves.They have a lot of comfortable shoes and bags available too. There is a lot of parking available.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TRIP! Just order online.I went in to buy work shoes, there was 2 employees up front when I walked in. 1 got on her cell and had a lengthy conversation and the other one went to the back. I managed to find 1.pair if shoes in my size and they had some kind of stain on them. As I was giving up a sales person appeared and asked if I called about the shoes on sale. I said no i decided to drive over and see what you had in stock. Her response was oh and she walked away.Ladies I hope you dont work on commission cause I came home and ordered 3 pairs of shoes on line. Also the exact same thing happened last time I was there.

Always find what Im looking for and usually I dont need any help, one day I needed some help with getting a t-shirt down that I wanted, employee came right over and got the size and style I wanted nothing bad to say at all, I really love this store and that they carry plus size stylish scrubs for the thicker and curvier nurses... I called Scrub pro they told me I could bring polo shirts in since they didnt sell them to put logo on them however after purchasing these polo shirts I took them in to put logo on them and was told they cant do it. Dont say you can do something if you are not going to .
