The salespersons at the store are very knowledgeable and courteous. It is a pleasure to shop here and get quality paint products for my home and rental property.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Product was available and tinted perfectly. Just had hiccup with Ohio Farm Bureau discount code, which staff immediately corrected, but it was a bit embarrassing.

Great staff and paint is the best I have used.

Customers came in without masks or distancing, staff were unmasked at times and came out from behind the counter without thinking about it, then quickly returned and masked. Difficult to avoid unmasked customers in small confines. Just be aware before you go. Better to order for curbside. Staff was considerate and helpful.

Had success in using a solid color stain on outdoor deck which looked good and performed well since 2015. Time now in 2020 to refresh it and using same color stain and color which used back then.

The guys in this shop were incredibly helpful. I brought a bucket of white paint that I needed tinted and had gotten at another store. They helped me out with no problems, were incredibly polite, and professional. They even gave me some additional tips based on the type of paint I had.

It is absolutely worth it to get paint here instead of Lowes! Doug was so helpful, matching colors and helping us understand how to use the different finishes and glosses in our home. Well definitely go back the next time we need paint.

Appears this is a store mainly for contractors. When you go for supplies as an individual you tend to be ignored and treated with an attitude. I didn’t appreciate the attitude and won’t be back. Good product though so I give 3 stars.

Was sent there from another store, first store did not have enough paint in stock. First store called the paint on for me and it was ready when I got there. Ive dealt with several different locations and I have had very positive experiences with them all.
