Best pallet company I’ve had the chance to work with. Picked up a few pallets for a residential project in Stockton, and the owner, Hansen, and his guys could not have been nicer. They brought the pallets over to our truck, organized them in the bed, and made sure it was secure before letting us leave. They put their time and energy into making a great experience for us. No other place I’d recommend getting pallets from!

We needed some pallets and really didnt know what type would be best. Hanson and his team were phenomenal in quickly helping us find the ideal pallets to get our job done. Not only did they have the perfect pallets in stock, they even loaded them right in the back of our truck for us! Thanks to Hanson and his team for all of their help and personal service!

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. Not only were they open and willing to build custom sized pallets for me, but they did so in under 10 minutes. I’m new to the Bay and wanted to have an industrial look for my room (a work in progress doap look.) I wanted my bed to be on pallets so I needed custom measurements. As soon as I called this morning, Hansen provided exceptional customer service. He inquired about how many pallets I needed, the exact measurements, etc. once I arrived after work, Hansen greeted me. He informed Jeff what I needed and he went to the pallet area and came back with 10. Jose also helped him get them in my truck. Not all could fit. So I’ll be back tomorrow to pick up the rest. THE place for pallets in the East Bay. Super friendly and helpful folks. Needed some pallets for a planter project and #boom they made it happen.

We went there yesterday ( Aug 7,2020 ) to buy couple of pallets for backyard project. We didn’t know they only sell pallets in bulk to the business. One gentleman answered our inquiry and offered us four pallets for free as we only need them for home project. He even loaded four pallets onto our van. He gave us a full service experience even though we visited this place for the first time and we are not a business customer. I regret that I didn’t even ask the name of the person who helped us. He is a really nice person. He built a great relationship with the customer. That reflects the culture of the business that takes good care of the customer no matter it’s big or small. I greatly appreciate it.

Absolutely amazing service !! I was referred by a friend to purchase pallets from here. I gave Hanson a call and he was super friendly and gave me a very reasonable price to purchase 20 pallets. I had been struggling to find a good place to purchase pallets from. However, ever since I found about all good pallets it looks like they have gained a customer for life !! This is the only place I will go to purchase pallets from now on !!!

My wife wanted to complete a backyard project and needed a pallet. She called All Good Pallets and asked about the price. I was looking for new and/or pallets to make a chicken coop in my backyard. I went on LetGo and came across their listing. They were close by so I contacted them through the app. They were timely in their responses to my questions. When I decided to go with them and my pallet needs, all I was met with was complete courtesy and professionalism. I will be going back to them if I need pallets in the future for other DIY projects at the residence. Two thumbs up.

We stopped by after finding All Good Pallets via Google and these guys were not only nice and provided great customer service, they helped us out with our 503c charity by providing pallets, a Health Code requirement. Great service and we have told the charity, which raises millions for Bay Area charities every year, at our 100% volunteer organization. Picking up my pallets was easy and quick, Hanson was very nice and helped us with great customer service. Pallets were affordable, great quality, and I would highly recommend.

Our City Forest Nursery had been in search of materials for a large scale project at our facility. Doing some searching I found All good Pallets Inc. on Letgo advertising a collection of metal pallets. My main contact was Hanson. He was very responsive and pleasant to work with. We were able to come up with a great deal that worked in both of our favor. When we arrived to pick up the pallets Hanson was there to greet us and communicated clearly what we could use. We also talked about maintaining our relationship between the two companies to help one another moving forward. Our City Forest will most definitely be working with All Good Pallet Inc. to re-use and recycle materials for our up coming projects.

Got a $$$$ bed but was not satisfied with what we got.Saw an option to create a bed with pallets on YouTube.Thats where All Good Pallets Inc came in and they helped us create our very own bed.Hanson was great from the moment we reached out to him.He quickly grasped what we needed and actually encouraged us to go ahead with our project.We had no idea about pallets and he patiently walked us thru the type of pallets, the type of wood that is used, the heat treatment procedures that were there, the certifications which ensured that the pallets were safe to use etc and made the right recommendations on what we should get.A visit confirmed that this would be the best place to get the pallets.He did not have the pallet size that we needed in stock so he assured us that he would have them custom made for us. My wife and I needed pallets for an art project we were working on. They picked up the phone right away and was very helpful. They have a very large selection of pallets and we found exactly what we were looking for. They also helped load it in our truck.

Hanson and All Good Pallets were great. Extremely professional, efficient and personable. The pallets were all organized neatly by size, and as soon as I pulled up he escorted me to the forklift manager who let me hand pick the pallets I needed (I bought 12 in the 4x4 size). Hanson then rang me up immediately in the office and apologized for making me wait (although I hardly waited at all).During our short interaction I could tell Hanson has a genuine heart for people and the community. He charged me next to nothing for pallets, and we laughed about pricing I got from other companies because it was so expensive comparatively.Bottom line- BUY FROM HERE. I will be going back to him and referring anyone I know in search of pallets.

Before calling All Good Pallets, I was speaking to another pallet company out in san jose. Needless to say the original pallet company I was speaking back and forth with ghosted me and so I was left to do a quick google search for another company. All Good Pallets had great reviews and was actually closer to me than San Jose. I only had a limited amount of time to gather pallets for a bed and L-Shaped patio sectional and so I gave them a call to check out what they had available. Hanson was incredibly knowledgable and professional. He listened to what I needed and suggested the best pallets for my projects and also said that I could come by as soon as needed. I went straight over to pick up the pallets and Jeff greeted me with the pallets that Hanson and I had discussed over the phone! Their facility was very easy to get to and was incredibly clean. Their inventory is AMAZING and the quality of these pallets were perfect for something I was going to create for both indoor and outdoor use! These are good hard-working folks who pride their business on helping out the community and it shows. I will be recommending all my DIY friends and others ever in need of pallets over to them!
