Sterling glass asked if they could fix the small ding in my windshield so I agreed. The guy came and tosed his tool box onto the hood of my truck .and then said by trying to fix this it could spread and I would need to replace the windshield. so again I agreed. I watched from inside my house. the guy hit the wind shield really hard and the crack spread. now I need to replace the windshield. I felt he did it on purpose. I have seen this done before and they never hit it like he did.
