The people who operate this business are truly the Salt of the EarthWhile on vacation my family and I rolled into their parking lot with a 32 RV we had rented. We had lost power steering and power brakes coming down out of the mountains. We limped our way to the Carolina Truck Specialists and got there about 15 minutes before they were heading home for the night. No one hesitated to jump in and try to solve our problem. The guys were crawling around in the gravel under our vehicle and determined that the front seal was blown out on our 2021s power steering pump. This system was interlocked with our power brakes and as a result neither system was operating. The gal in the office made every attempt to find us the part, but given how new the vehicle was and the current supply problems, the only ONE to be found ANYWHERE was in Ohio and it was not available. Needless to say these wonderful folks were not going to be able to solve our problem. They did however show us an unbelievable amount of kindness! They stayed very late trying to solve an unsolvable problem. Even after locking their doors for the evening, they refused to leave, they sat in their truck and talked with my wife and son while I spent the better part of an hour speaking with the rental company, calling RV places looking for another rental, striking out and finally calling around to get a hotel for the night. It was obvious that they were not going to leave until they knew that we would be ok for the night.Thank you Carolina Truck Specialists! I cannot express how thankful I am to Carolina Truck Specialist. I had a truck hauling time-sensitive essential goods. The truck had an alternator repair done roadside the night before. By morning before we knew there was an issue- but in the middle of COVID-19 finding an open location that could get a truck in was very difficult. I called CTS told them the problem we were having. They were able to get him make the minor repair and get him back rolling. Customer service was top notch. I could not have asked for better service, and they so kind to my driver (and to me). If you are in the area CTS is the place to go. 10 stars!!!!

Best shop Ive dealt with in ten years. Jobs were done just as I would have done them. All wires and hoses were put back in the proper places to prevent rubbing or being cut. Larry took great care of me on another problem without an appointment. Great experience! I definitely would recommend anyone to have their vehicle repaired there.

This post is from Ben Gibson. I was on the road traveling from Tennessee back to Orlando pulling a trailer with a brand new UTV. My Son put gas in my diesel F250. Stranded in S.C. not knowing anyone, started to Google for help. I called Carolina Truck Specialist after calling a few places. They were the most helpful and that comforted my Heart a little but still worried about leaving my truck, trailer and new UTV at a place I didn’t know and stay in a hotel. They sent a tow truck, when we got to Carolina Truck Specialist.. my Heart was at ease a little more. There played the radio with God’s music and everywhere I turned there was the presence of the Lord with verses and most of all kind people! They gave me comfort and made me feel safe and secure! The tow truck driver drove my son and I to the hotel and would not leave until he knew we had a room! What a Blessing of God! Answer to prayers when I was in need they were the perfect answer and they had me up and running the next Morning when they could start working on my truck. We made it back to Orlando and my truck is running Great! Thank You from all of my Heart for being Great people! I felt like I made friends and then we had to say Good Bye 🙏🏻
