2nd tractor I’ve bought here. Best place around. While there the owner came up and greeted me and was very nice. Hannon who sold me my tractor went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. Even with everything being backed up and out of stock everywhere they delivered. If I ever buy a 3rd it will be here. Best price. Best service. All around great place to do business with.
I went up there to buy a tractor. Waited around for over an hour before anyone knew I was there. Told them what I believe I wanted and that was it they sold me the tractor. No help on price. No warning about the new ones with emissions problems, nothing about maintenance. Just sold me it and kicked me out the door. Then had to follow up with them multiple days about getting it delivered even though I brought a trailer up there the day I purchased it. I may be driving further away for better service.
Very professional and friendly atmosphere. They help you with all your farming needs. We have been a loyal customer for years.
First time tractor purchase. Staff was friendly. Hannon was great walking me through the different models/options. Would recommend this business for your tractor purchase!
Dont rent equipment from them without doing a thorough pre rental walk thru and take pictures even of things as simple as a scratch. They (Steve) will try to keep your security deposit and not return phone calls (for almost 3 weeks) when you call to inquire. My husband had to go by there to get this resolved. If you dont do the pre walk, you have no proof that you didnt cause the problems. They accused us of putting chain scratches on the bucket, when we never used a chain. Had planned on buying a tractor from them this winter but will take our business elsewhere!
Great experience...David Boone is fantastic to work with
GREAT BUNCH OF GUYS AND VERY HELPFUL!!!
Eddie Wilson and his team have what you need and will take great care of you.
We traveled 40 miles from West Columbia to Wilsons in Newberry and dropped our old FORD 1920 tractor off for light maintenance and change of fluids. They told they can do the fluid changes but they dont repair them anymore because its too hard to find parts. Well, shoot - who repairs this old but still good tractors? We still love Wilsons and we bought our tractor here 4 years ago.
Had a great experience here. We bought our tractor and implements from Wilsons. Been very happy.
Great bunch guys friendly hard working great people Great guy to work for
Very good dealership. Excellent parts department.
Great people, knowledgeable staff. Keep them Crawfords busy.
They have plenty of excavators an tractors of all sizes an about any kind an size of attachments, but their always backed up for weeks in the shop, when my equipment is down Im loosing money because I cant make money without my equipment, would be nice if they had loaners while working on your equipment,
Great service and selection. Drove 45 minutes from home town because deal was better!
Good service and prices. We were taken care of
I was referred to Wilson’s by a friend of mine. Wilson’s was very helpful when I was talking with them about a tractor package deal. They returned my calls and answered any question I had and gave me a better price than anyone closer to my home. When I went to pick it up, everyone involved was helpful even to the point of hooking the trailer up to my truck and loading everything I bought. The customer service after the sale was awful. The day I bought the $28,000 tractor package and got home, I found that the front strap they put on had been cut through. I called and left a message about this and didn’t hear anything back. A couple weeks later the first chance I had to use the tractor and bush hog, during the first trip around the field noticed the stump jumper wheel was not bolted on. Luckily I had 3 bolts (needed 4) that I could use, but I think the bushing/bearing in the wheel might be messed up. I called and left a message about this and didn’t hear anything back. I had already referred someone to ya’ll that bought a $2600 bush hog. The bush hog had bolts put in backwards and the blades were hitting the bolts. After a total of 4 trips (8 hours) to Wilson’s he ended up fixing it himself. So I’m guessing that the poor customer service after the sale is not Isolated to me.Needless to say, I will not send anybody else there. I will also try to sway people to go elsewhere.
Eddie is a crooked guy. Won’t stick to his word on price. Won’t go back and couldn’t recommend Wilson tractor.
I cant say enough about my sales person. Hannon was very knowledgeable about his products and always goes out of his way to assist me when I need anything for my tractor. If you are looking for a tractor I highly recommend Hannon.
Great place, everyone professional and knowledgeable
I have bought from them. Happy with purchase.
I had a good experience of them selling us a used tractor here. But Hannan stopped returned my phone calls or replied to my text messages once I left the lot with the tractor I purchased. I felt good when I left but after several attempts to contact him about purchasing new wheels and tires and the owners manual I gave up.My opinion if youre considering this place...... if youre not a big agency then consider looking somewhere else, this one seems forget about the little guys like me. Im planning on buying more equipment in the future and it wont be from Wilsons Tractor.
I must say that what started out to be a good experience turned out not so well. I drove 2 hours round trip a total of 4 times total. First time I went was to look at a bh216 Bush Hog. I wandered around the lot about 20 min before being asked if I needed help. Hannon offered to show me the rotary cutters. We found one that seemed to be what I needed. I left and a couple days later I mailed them a deposit on it. I came back the second time to pick it up and pay the rest. Hannon again assisted me. I got it home, put it on my tractor, and it sounded like it was going to come apart. The blades were hitting on a bolt on the underside of the unit. I videoed it and sent to Hannon and he said to bring it in and he’d take care of it. When I brought it in he had the service guys look at it. They kept it to inspect. I followed up with him and he said there were adjustments that could be made to keep it from hitting. He told me the blades could be moved. I was honestly apprehensive about this statement but I said ok. I informed him that cutting the bolt off shorter would be unacceptable as it was a new unit and I could’ve done that myself had I wanted that done on a new piece of equipment. I called them back after a week of them having it and said it’d be ready the next day. When I arrived he did hook it up to show me the noise was gone. Ok maybe there is an adjustment I’m thinking to myself???WRONG! When I got home and hooked it up to my tractor the bolt had been cut off with a grinder. I texted him with a picture and got no response. I texted again with no response. Guess what??? The other side is hitting now!!! 8-18-20 I called and spoke with Steve Wilson. Although he was nice I got the impression from him that he could care less about the salesman’s lack of response. He said that he had been busy??? Really I said because it had been almost a week and he had not returned my texts. Steve called the manufacturer and told me the same information I had already found out by calling. I again asked if he had talked to Hannon and he said he was still with a customer. You would think as a manager as he stated he was would’ve been apologetic and tell the customer he was gonna look into it to make sure it doesn’t happen again, but nope. Said he was sorry for the inconvenience???? Really? 8 hours driving and $2600.00 piece of equipment???? I told him when I called I didn’t want anything but to try and prevent this from happening to someone else. I had even sent a friend of mine to them before this happened ( before the lack of return call) and he bought a 28k tractor from Hannon! Had I known this was gonna be the outcome I would not have recommended them. (The lack of service after the sale) I have to agree with the other post here from Mark A..... Hannon will sell it to you but forget service after the sale.I am also in the market for a new tractor and I know their prices are hard to beat but I’ll pay more to avoid this kind of treatment. I hope this review saves someone else the aggravation I have had.
Found and ordered the part I needed. They were kind and courteous, and seemed to care if they took care of the customers.
Awesome people! I own Lane Clearing and Grading and weve purchased a Kubota tractor and Skidsteer from them in the past two years. We love our machines and they are the bomb!
Very friendly and fair. Good people to deal with. 5 stars
By the time I got back with my trailer, ON A SATURDAY, they had a new Kubota zero turn out of the crate and ready to go! Very knowledgeable!! Super friendly!!!! Will never but from anywhere else.
Amazed. This place is 5 Stars, from start to finish. I bought my Kubota Tractor and a Bad Boy Zero Turn lawn mower. First of all, the products are great. But their customer service is second to none. Make no mistake about it. I will drive the extra 45 miles just to take my stuff to them for servicing. There are much closer places, but I am a loyal customer to those that deserve it. And listen to me people, they deserve it. Also, they are 100% military friendly. If you are thinking about buying a Kubota or Bad Boy mower or for that matter, anything else equipment wise for a farm, look no further. I promise, they won’t disappoint.
Stopped by to get some prices on a couple of L series tractors and spoke with David Boone, he was very helpful and answered all of my questions, seems to be a good dealership to do business with.
I literally sat there for about 3 hours, waiting to buy a tractor. No other employee attempt to help.
You wont find a better deal on Kubota tractors and accessories.
Eddie and Wendall are great. Our Kubota 2501 is perfect for moving all our boats around. Even got a great deal on the front end loader! Thanks guys!
I purchased my Kubota L-2800 Tractor with front end loader from Wilson Tractors in 2008 and have been very pleased with the tractor and the service I have received. I have had two warranty issues that were resolved with no hassles, one was a ruptured hydroponic line and the other was a frozen 3-point hitch arm adjustment turn buckle. Both were fixed and the service people were very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend Wilson Tractors to anyone that is considering purchasing a new or used tractor.
Wendall, Eddie, and the entire staff are top notch. This is my third tractor I have purchased from Wilson tractor. They have bent over backwards to address my needs and taken care of any minor service issues that have needed attention. I highly recommend Kubota tractors and wouldnt purchase anywhere other than Wilson Tractor.
Owner is as dishonest of a person as you may ever find. Good luck with your experience at this place if you choose to do business with him
Best deals on all your farm and construction equipment needs. Very Large Inventory. Kind and helpful employees
Called ahead about a used tractor. When I arrived no one came to assist me. Finally asked the guy behind the desk if could get someone from sales to show me the used tractor and he made an announcement over the intercom for someone to assist me but still no one ever came. I ended up grabbing a bunch of Kabota brochures and I left. Service here sucks!!!
Not a good experience. Went there, got a quote. Called a few days later to adjust the quote and buy, but they had to call me back. Which never happened. So I went up and waited to get help, 30 minutes later no one came to help, I gave up and bought a tractor elsewhere. Oh well.
Nice n helpful folks
Good place to purchase parts, very business like friendly. Was there this evening, was greeted with a smile and can we help you, I needed mower blades for my 30hp diesel Kubota, I had the part number and zip, they had than at the desk and I paid the bill, was supprised, they were less than last time, just a little over 50.00 bucks. Thank you Wilson Tractor for your promptness and having what I needed.
I purchased my 1220 ford tractor apx 30yrs ago. Friendly staff and always well stocked for maintenance needs. 1220 tractor good but my neck, shoulder, and elbows wants to swap up to power steering and hydrostatic. Gene McNeely

My Kubota m4800 wouldn’t start after I put a pine branch between the starter and the engine block. I called Wilson and towards the end of the day I was called to meet them at my hunt club. Justin was prompt, efficient and personable. He even fixed an additional issue while there. I reckoned them highlyPhil steude. Chapin
Good folks. Easy transaction and good prices.
Always a great experience. If you need anything from a mower to heavy equipment, go see Eddie.
I drove an hour and a half to look at a tractor that I was told was field ready when I got there the tractor needed a battery and found none of the guages worked power steering pump leaking coolant leaking needed a clutch needed both back tires two of the cylinders leaking on the front loader. Would not recommend anyone go there for any type of business very unprofessional and very dishonest

Very unreliable on warranty and new tractor, the fuel gauge quit working at 15 hours as well as my loader breaking at 35 hours and they try to say I did something negligent to cause this to happen.
