Someone came out on Monday to shut my gas off due to gas leak and it’s two days later and no one has came out yet to fix the problem at 6:30 p.m. This would never went on this long if Ellco was still open. I hate they sold to Thompson and they close the Newberry office. Ms. Charlene, Mr. Maybin and their team was prompt and cared about their customers. These people now just keep giving me run around and different day and times that they problem will be fix. I have call twice on Tuesday and twice on Wednesday.
